Beautiful, peaceful second-floor apartment at Reserva de Marbella facing south-west onto the exclusive Las Chapas villa urbanisation. We are only 35 minutes from Malaga airport and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Our apartment, which has air-conditioning and central heating, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully-fitted kitchen, sitting room and terrace, plus ample parking outside and a dedicated space in the underground car park, strongly recommended when the weather is hot and you want to keep your car cool! Access to all floors is by lift.

The apartment is managed by our agent, who has been in Spain for over 25 years, speaks fluent Spanish and employs Spanish staff. Sheets, towels (not beach towels) and tea towels are supplied and included in the rental price.

Costa Del Sol: The Costa del Sol is famous for its miles of safe beaches, myriad of championship golf courses, restaurants to suit every taste and its accessibility to the fabulous Andalucian cities of Sevilla, Granada and Cordoba. A short drive inland takes you away from the jet-setting coastline into the typical Spanish white villages, where midday siestas are still the order of the day. Alternatively, a boat trip across the Gibraltar straits takes you to North Africa and the fascinating and mysterious world of casbahs, camels, souks, handmade carpets and mint tea.
