Furnished to a very high standard with top quality furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen with utility room including washing machine, tumble-dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob. Colour TV with text and satellite. Individual room air-conditioning (hot and cold). Built-in safe. Large balconies on both floors from where you can watch the sun rise over the sea and set over the mountains. Sun worshippers will love the private balconies - both with awnings. Sun beds are provided for your relaxation. There is also a terraced area to the rear.

'La Quinta' means country house, and you are staying in a country house village of 40 units designed in a traditional Andalucian village style - pitched roofs with whitewashed walls. Fantastic views over Puerto Banus out to sea. Two pools - large adult and small baby pool. Ample sunbathing areas around the pool with sea and mountain views all around. Fantastic for tanning! This property was completed September 2003. We have furnished the apartment for our own use and so to a very high standard. If you want to be where it is all happening but also want to be able to escape it all when you want this is the place to be. We love it and am sure you will do and want to come back again.

La Quinta village is situated 5 km inland from Puerto Banus - less as the crow flies. Very easy access from Malaga airport - approximately 40 minutes on the straight main road of the N340. From the apartment you are overlooking Puerto Banus, and only 10 minutes away from the attractions of Marbella - minutes away from it all but situated out of the hustle and bustle - marvellous!

The Pool: As you can see from the photo there is a large adult pool and on the lower level a baby pool. There is ample room to sunbathe around the pool and on the higher level area overlooking the pool - which you cannot see in the picture There are gents and ladies toilets at the pool side

Golf Information: The apartment is in the heartland of the of golf - there are course all around in all direction.
