This superb first floor apartment refurbished in 2009, is ideally located for the golf enthusiasts, overlooking the fairways and with the club house only a 8 or 10 minute walk away. It is only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport, Gibraltar and the mountain town of Ronda. Less than a two hour drive and you could be in the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, Seville or Granada, and it is less than four hours drive to the Algarve in Portugal!

All three bedrooms have twin patio doors leading out on to one of the two terraces. They all have large fitted wardrobes with full length mirror fronts and lots of hanging and draw space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each bedroom.

All three fully tiled bathrooms have a full size bath, shower, wc and bidet suite. The master bedroom en suite bathroom has a large vanity unit with "his and hers" wash basins and a massive fully lit wall mounted mirror behind. The other two bathrooms also have vanity units with wall mounted lit mirrors.

Living Room The large lounge / dining area has twin patio doors leading out on to the east facing breakfast terrace. The large "L" shaped sofa with ample comfortable seating also has two coffee tables and several floor and table lamps. A large wall mounted 42" flat screen TV with all usual free to view english speaking Sky satellite channels, (subject to reception availability) Plus the normal range of Spanish digital channels. There is also a stereo radio CD and DVD system is all in the lounge area for guest use.
Dining Area There is a spacious dining area with a large dining table seating six in comfort to the rear of the lounge area. An archway provides convenient access to the kitchen for serving through. There is also an additional dining table seating six out side on the large east facing breakfast terrace, which will normally be in the sun till about midday..

The centre of San Pedro is less than 15 minutes easy walk. The water front at Puerto Banus is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. The centre of Marbella, the "old town" and the famous orange square are also less than 15 minutes by car or taxi, from this apartment.

Considered to be one of the most outstanding developments on the Costa Del Sol! Guadalmina is a very well established 'double' 18 hole golf course, with several lakes and many mature eucalyptus and palm trees all a round it. Inside the apartment the large lounge and dining area that comfortably seats 10 or 12 is quite stunning, and there is a 42" wall mounted plasma tv. This opens out on to a large east facing breakfast terrace with views over the fairway that catches the warm morning sun untill midday! There are countless sandy beaches all along the coast, and the nearest is just a few minutes away at San Pedro. If you enjoy golf then you are in "golf heaven" with 10 first class golf courses within 15 minutes drive! Fabulous tranquil location for beaches golf and sight seeing! Will suit couples familys and friends, golfers, for anything from long weekends, chill out breaks to multiweek winter sun hideaway breaks!

We stayed in this lovely apartment mid July to mid August 2013. The main terrace is very spacious and faces the pool, it has a lovely large open aspect & a fab breeze coming off the sea. Just fab and especially in summer, it is like an extra room and a lovely place to sit, read and chat with friends. Two of the bedrooms share the second terrace- so our teen girls had there own space- great for them & us! Phill and Martine are very helpful and friendly and very easy to work with. Makes for a very pleasant experience, on top of the fact that the apartment is clean, well laid out, has every thing you need in a lovely secure gated complex with beautiful grounds. Just Lovely!

I have just spent a great week away with the girls at this fabulous apartment. We stayed 17th-24th June. We were so pleased on our arrival to find how beautiful the apartment is. It has all mod cons and a great location (10 mins in a taxi to Puerto Banus). Three spacious bedrooms, perfect for four girls with too much clothes/ shoes! It has a huge balcony, perfect for having breakfast in the sun. There are two pools right on the doorstep and a few others further up the complex. We loved that the premises had security, fully gated and a guard patrolling. Also there were lifeguards on duty daily. We had a great time and hopefully we will return again soon! Thanks again Phill for the lovely apartment and all your help planning our trip!!

David Golf Weekend - England

Five of us just spent a long weekend at this great apartment playing golf and enjoying playing golf and enjoying the local culture. I would recommend this modern, well presented, clean and centrally located apartment to anyone looking for accommodation that sleeps six comfortably and has sufficient room for six big chaps and six large sets of golf clubs. Great value for money will use again.

During the month of August me and five friends spent a week at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. Both the décor of the apartment and communal areas were immaculate. and were very secure in terms of gated access, including electric gates on the entrance with a vehicle. The two pool areas were very clean and well kept, there was a life guard present at all times whilst the pool was open. The furniture on the terrace was lovely for breakfast in the mornings, and another nice touch was the apartment's position which took advantage of the sunshine at this time, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. The beds in the apartment are very comfy as in the living area which features a 'L' shaped sofa fitting upto six people on! The apartment has satellite TV, we found this to be a homely touch, waking up to GM TV whilst making breakfast. There is lift access which is useful when arriving and leaving with suitcases, however being on the first floor we used the stairs for the duration of our holiday. The apartment is very well positioned and easy walking distance to San Pedro for local amenities such as, the supermarket, bars and typical Spanish restaurants. We regularly visited Puerto Banus during the evenings and the taxi cost about fifteen euros each way for a four seater taxi. The apartment is in walking distance of San Pedro beach, this took around thirty minutes walking at a steady pace. We would recommend this apartment to every type of holidaymaker and the apartment exceeded our expectations in every sense and we plan to return to the apartment on our next visit to Marbella. The owners made booking and the lead up to the holiday most enjoyable, answering all questions we had to ask about the apartment and surrounding areas. We thank them both for a very memorable holiday to Marbella, it was our first visit and it certainly won't be our last.

We have just arrived back from a weeks stay at the apartment, and found it to be clean, spacious and very comfortable. We were particularly pleased to find that each pool had its own life guard that watched it all day long. The location was perfect, away from the main roads, but two minutes from the town centre and ten minutes from beautiful beaches! A very nice holiday.

We have been regular holiday visitors to the Costa Del Sol for many years and can safely say this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. It is huge, very well equipped and in a great location. All the bedrooms are very spacious and having the added benefit of each having their own terrace as well as their own bathroom. We also loved the wall mounted plasma TV. Puerto Banus is a five minute taxi ride and Benhavis with its lovely restaurants is only a ten minute drive. We have booked for next year!!

All rentals charges are fully inclusive of electric gas water etc. The Christmas, New Year and Easter periods are charged at the rate of £450 per week. Cleaning will be done prior to you arrival, and a clean set of linen and towels will be left in the apartment. For rentals of more than 12 days a towels and linen change is included FOC. Keys, maps, and how to find it instructions, will be sent to you the week before you travel. Please note,smoking is only permitted outside on the two terraces or in the garden area.
