Accessibility: As the owner uses a wheelchair the property has been thoughtfully adapted so it can also be enjoyed by able bodied as well as people with mobility problems, these include a fully adapted shower room suite with a large walk in shower and toilet both with grab rails, the doorways have been widened for easier wheelchair access and a ramp for access to the terrace. The garden area can be accessed by wheelchairs by the lift to the front of the terrace. Golf: Short but challenging par 3 course at El Soto, within 5/10 minutes are La Cala Golf, Santa Maria Golf Club, Cabopino Golf Club and Miraflores Golf. Choice of 12 more courses within 15/30 minutes drive. Beaches / Skiing: Spectacular beaches at Elviria and Cabopino are 10 minutes drive away as is the famous Nikki Beach, a great favourite with many celebrities. Skiing during winter months in the Sierra Nevada Mountians, approx 2 hours drive away. Travel / Distances: Malaga is the nearest Airport 40/45 minutes drive, car hire is highly recommended. La Mariena is 1km, Elviria 4km, Marbella and Puerto Banus 8/10km, with Gibraltar a 40 minute drive away. |
