Coast / Beach: Spectacular beaches at Elviria and Cabopino are 10 mins drive away as is the famous Nikki Beach, a great favourite with many celebrities. 15 mins to Marbella in car. Golf: Par 3, 9-hole golf on site, 12 championship courses within 15 minutes. Short but challenging par 3 course at El Soto, within 5/10 minutes are La Cala Golf, Santa Maria Golf Club and many many more, check our website for more on golf. Local Area: In the immediate vicinity you have the clubhouse and the Kudas bar (very classy) 8 mins down the mountain you have Elviria, there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks and a 24 hour supermarket. There is extensive shopping in Marbella and Puerto Banus, which are famous for their designer shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. In Puerto Banus you will also find El Corte Ingles, the area's largest department store, as well as the retail mall, La Canada. Supermarket located in Elvira. Taxi ranks are in Elvira. Travel / Distances: Nearest airport Malaga 40/45 mins. Car hire recommended. Elviria 4km, Marbella and Puerto Banus 8/10km, with Gibraltar a 40 minute drive away. Accessibility: The apartment has lifts to all floors including the garage, which leads to the swimming pool, all paths to the pool are ramped with no steps. The secure, gated development has video entrance to the apartment. As the main recreational areas are enclosed it is perfectly safe for children. |
