Private underground parking if required is available. WiFi is available throughout the port and in the apartment using a pay to use service provided by a local company.

Fantastic frontline location in the heart of the port. Extremely well equipped with large modern kitchen. The apartments front terrace overlooks the boats in the port and the sea/beach whilst the rear terrace, off the master bedroom, looks over the beach and sea towards Marbella. This is a beautiful apartment in an enviable location.

The Apartment: Apartment is on 3 floors with views from the living room terrace overlooking the port and sea towards Malaga. The master bedroom has its own terrace and looks out over the beach and sea towards Marbella. The apartment has cream marble floors throughout. From the ground floor a lift takes you up to the 3rd floor and the front door is approx 20 foot from the lift door. The front door opens into a large hallway with the shower room off and stairs lead down to the main living room and kitchen area. From there a further set of stairs leads you down to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Cabopino Area: 1 minute's walk from Cabopino beach. The beach has sun loungers and shades to hire and has 3 beach bars where food and drink are served all day. The port has several well known quality bars and restaurants. 1km to Cabopino golf course and driving range. Easy proximity to many golf courses along the coast.
