The Villa - with a private pool and large garden, this luxury villa is a wonderful property to rent for families and friends. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom summer holiday rental villa consists of, lounge/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one twin, one double) and 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite). The villa has been furnished in a contemporary style with designer items to make this a luxurious and relaxing holiday retreat. The spacious living/dining area with fantastic vaulted ceilings ensures the property is bright and airy. The large well equipped kitchen finishes off this spacious property for a very comfortable stay, and perfect for self-catering. Outside there is a large solarium and this is a great feature of the space available. Off street car parking is underneath a fixed pergola. There is a covered patio that leads off the lounge –ideal for eating out in the shade on those hot summer days. The villa also benefits from having a large garden and a private pool for you to enjoy!

This luxury villa on the Mar Menor Golf Resort is splendidly situated just a 4 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, yet also only 10 minutes from the region´s airport. On-site facilities include 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, bars, restaurants, shops, sports centre, aerobics, tennis courts, spa and fitness centre, 24 hour security. These are private facilities and can only be enjoyed by owners or their guests/tenants. All these facilities together guarantee a successful holiday for which you do not even have to leave the resort .The Resort is magnificent developed with wide boulevards, an abundance of flowerbeds, palms and orange trees. The famous La Manga Club with 3 championship golf courses, tennis facilities and the 5 star Hyatt Regency Hotel is a 15 minute drive, as is La Manga strip. The quaint port of Cabo de Palos is a 20 minute drive with its fish restaurants and a Sunday Market.

Golf: Golf InformationThe Mar Menor Golf Resort is the first out of four Polaris World Resorts to be completed in this 'golfer’s paradise'. The course is unique because it winds its way amongst the villas with numerous green areas, shrubbery and trees surrounding this par 35 9 hole golf course. You will need a handicap certificate to play. This 'private & exclusive' golf course at present is 9 holes, but will be extended to 18 holes in the very near future. Facilities include 9 Holes Par 36. This golf course is endorsed by Jack Nicklaus. Modern Driving Range & Putting Green, Golf School, Club House and Spike Bar. Hiring of golf clubs, trolley, golf cart etc. are available. Green Fee - 1 round - 18 holes, High season: 70 Euros. (High Season - From 1 October - 30 March). Low season: 50 Euros. Balance	The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 7 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client 14 days after completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the clients stay. LONG TERM LETS AVAILABLE AT GREAT RATES. Before and after each letting the villa is professionally cleaned & the towels and linen are professionally laundered. We charge £50 for the cleaning and laundry. This will be done when you leave the villa, to ensure a stress free last day in Spain. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating – June to Sept we charge £20 per week for air conditioning. The following services are available at extra cost: daily clean, welcome food and drink pack, pick up from Murcia or Alicante airport or Torre Pacheco railway station. Any special requirements - if we can help, we will. -Weekly rentals commence at 4.30pm Saturday (local Spanish time) and end at 10am Saturday on the day of departure. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for each room (you will need to bring beach towels). The villa has air conditioning. There is a constant supply of hot water. There is an irrigation system installed in the gardens which are planted with beautiful Mediterranean plants. The 6x3 meter pool is professionally cleaned and maintained.
