La Zenia Holiday Rentals on Costa Blanca - Aircon - Shared Pool - Private Garden - Sleeps 6

Less than 10 mins Walk from Shops,Restaurants, Bars and La Zenia Beach

This is our second home and as such is very well equipped and furnished. The house is on three levels with sun terraces on level two and three. Although we are in a quiet residental area, on a no thru road we are less than 10mins walk from shops,restaurants. bars and La Zenia Beach.

There is a shaded patio area outside, a garden and a drive in for the car.The swimming pool is behind the house and as it is a small complex it seldom get busy. All rooms are air conditioned and heated. Our home is ideal for families, couples and golfers as we are less than 10mins by car from three golf courses, go-karting, water parks and wind surfing.

Torrevieja: One of the greatest attractions of Torrevieja has always been its variety of entertainment for families and grown ups alike. There are many Bus Tours than go daily to the Mountains , Bodegas, and Benidorm etc. Some include lunch and are very well priced. The water park is in Torrevieja as is the nightly Fun Fair , we are 10mins drive from there. Markets are on every day and the nightly market is in Torrevieja. We keep a folder in the house with places of interest. In this area you can do as little or as much as you like.

La Zenia: La Zenia is a quiet area but within 10mins walk you can be at dozens of restaurants, bars etc. There are three beaches the nearest being La Zenia (10mins walk) Cabo Roig (15mins walk), Campoamor 5 mins drive. La Zenia and Campoamor have jets skis, climbing frames etc. The Oriheula Hotel is less than 5 mins walk away and has a large pool , a gym, tennis and squash. Prices for non residents are very reasonable. They do a nice lunch by the pool and entertainment is on most nights.

How to get there: RYANAIR AND FLY BE TO MURCIA AIRPORT. 20MINS DRIVE. EASYJET,MONARCH, FLYFLOBESPAN TO ALICANTE 40MINS DRIVE. TRANSPORT TO AND FROM AIRPORT CAN BE ARRANGED. CAR HIRE AT WWW.CARJET.COM.
