Quality 2 bedroom 2 bathroom TOWNHOUSE in a delightful position.

All owners will say how nice their place is and so do I. But for your own "peace of mind" I have feedback from over 20 previous guests and they tell you what it's really like. This quality 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse is in a delightful position overlooking a garden area and a 33 metre pool. Just 50 metres away are 2 FREE tennis courts and the fairway. The house is in a quiet road of Villas and Townhouses with parking for one car under the pergola covered drive in the front garden. Please note that this is a house AND NOT AN APARTMENT, WHICH ARE IN BLOCKS, WITH LIFTS, UNDERGROUND PARKING AND SMALLER TERRACES/BALCONIES. Furnished to the very highest of standards, this is more a home than the normal holiday let. Fully centrally heated for those chilly winter nights and air conditioning in the lounge, with powerful ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Both the large patio and upstairs "PRIVATE" terrace are furnished with quality furniture and both areas overlook the superb swimming pool.

You will see from my feedback, WHICH CAN BE VERIFIED, that the house and its position is second to none. I don't play golf, but for golfers, I can offer my "owners discount" which amounts to approximately 25% off fees. I am happy to book the golf for you if required. The course at La Torre is 18 holes and designed by Jack Nicklaus. A FREE coach runs by timetable to 4 other Polaris courses and the furthest away is 20 minutes. As you would expect on a 5 STAR luxury golf course, there are an abundance of flowers, palm trees and beautifully cut lawns. Being ideal for everyone, the resort has 16 pools plus the following:- SUPERMARKET, BARS, RESTAURANTS, MURPHYS IRISH PUB WITH EVENING SPECIALS, PINOS BAR WITH POOL TABLES AND SKY SPORTS, GOLF SHOP, TAPAS BARS, ICE CREAM PARLOUR, INTERNET CAFE, 5 STAR HOTEL WITH SPA, BEAUTY SALON AND MORE, PLUS A LOVELY CLUBHOUSE THAT SERVES TAPAS, DRINKS AND SNACKS INDOORS OR ON THE LOVELY TERRACE THAT OVERLOOKS THE GOLF COURSE. IT REALLY IS DELIGHTFUL.

Golf: La Torre Golf Course was designed by Nicklaus Design, and offers 18 holes, par 68 with four sets of tees. Provisional distances: (Black) 5,350m; (Blue) 4,934m; (White) 4,422m; (Red) 3,822m. It features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provided added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass was planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect. The courses 18 holes combe different obstacles that compels you to use all your clubs and put into practice your talent. Around the course you will find all kinds of services to practice golf and improve it: including the club house, a pro-shop, driving range and golf school. Guests staying on La Torre Golf Resort are also able to use the facilities at other Polaris World resorts including the nearby Mar Menor Golf Resort. Mar Menor Golf Resort has a 9 hole golf course and golf facilities, spa, swimming pools, restaurants & bars.
