FRONTLINE LUXURY AIRCONDITIONED TOWNHOUSE WITH GLASS CURTAINED TERRACE & EXTENDED KITCHEN.It has a telephone for internal calls through out the resort enabling you to book tee off times,tables at restaurants etc.Polaris World digital TV has been installed providing over 50 english speaking channels.There are facilities to have pay as you go internet access. There is also a DVD player available for use.Bedroom 2 also has a 20" LCD TV with a PS 2. There is a new set of golf clubs available to hire at £25.00 per stay.

Terraces/Solarium: Both are fully furnished with patio sets & sunbeds. The lower terrace has glass curtains which provided shading in the Summer & outside living in the Winter months.The Lower terrace has been extended, fully fenced with a brick built BBQ.There is also beach & picnic equipment available for trips to the beach or national parks in the area. The property overlooks the 13th hole of the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.Both the top & lower terraces of this property give magnificent views across the course.

Most Budget airlines fly into Murcia ( San Javier) which is approx 20 mins drive to the resort. You can also fly into Alicante which is a 50 min drive from the resort.The choice of 2 airports giving greater flexibility & choice. Sky scanner provides information on the cheapest flights into Murcia.Airlines include Monarch,BMI Baby ,Easy Jet & Ryan Air. The Property: Upstairs bedroom 1.The master bedroom is fully air conditioned.There is double bed with bedside tables & lamps either side.This bedroom benefits from it's own access to the top solarium & fully fitted wardrobes in the dressing area outside the room.Hence providing much more space to walk around.There is also an additional small chest of drawers in the dressing area providing extra storage.Bathroom 1 comes complete with bath & mixer unit for showering,heated towel rail,large designer wash hand basin & bidet. Downstairs bedroom 2 is fully air conditioned.There are 2 X large 3 foot single beds(Tapi Flex) which can be pushed together to make a kingsze bed.This bedroom comes complete with fully fitted wardrobes,bedside table & lamp.Both bedrooms have ceiling fans . This bedroom also has a 20" Flat sreen TV & PS2.Bathroom 2 is fully equipped with bath & mixer unit for showering,heated towel rail,wash hand basin & bidet.

Lounge/Dining room-This is furnished for up to 6 people & includes a sofa bed.There is a 32" flat screen TV with digital installed,DVD player,& play station 2.Much of the dining will be on the terrace but for cooler months there is a dining table complete with 6 chairs.There is air conditioning,ceiling fans & central heating covering all weather conditions. Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer,fridge freezer,washing machine,microwave etc. There is a travel cot available at an extra charge of 15 euro per week
