This 1st floor apartment with air conditioning and underfloor heating is conveniently located for access to shops, bars and restaurants and other amenities. The perfect place to Dine Al Fresco, share a good bottle of wine and watch the boats returning to the marina as the sun goes down.

This fabulous property is not only in a great location it also offers 3 very good sized bedrooms with two bathrooms. The apartment is light and spacious and is furnished to a high standard. If golf is your thing then there are 4 sets of golf clubs available at a local charge and the nearest course is within 5 minutes drive away!!! Then there is always the world famous La Manga Club Golf Resort where there is three 18 hole golf courses all within 20 minutes drive of the apartment.
