Las Palmitas is a recent development of just 13 detached villas, well built and superbly positioned in the lower hills surrounding La Manga Club. No3 Las Palmitas has particularly stunning views over the two championship golf courses and then out across the waters of the Mar Menor, an inland sea water lagoon formed by the 22kms of land known as La Manga Strip. The small and private development of Las Palmitas is situated only a few minutes walk from several restaurants, shops and bars at Belaluz square and is conveniently situated for many other facilities within La Manga Club.
The villa has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep 8 people very comfortably. There is a fully fitted kitchen, a large lounge and dining area with patio doors to both front and rear sun terraces. There is also a roof terrace ideal for relaxing with privacy. The 13 villas that make up Las Palmitas have exclusive access to a luxurious heated outdoor pool which also has the benefit of a safe, shallow, childrens pool. The pool area is positioned directly opposite our villa and is regarded as one of the best pool facilities on La manga Club.
