This stunning Spanish villa is set in a quiet location, away from hustle and bustle but within walking distance of all the amenities. The accommodation with garage attached is on one level and has the benefit of its own kidney shaped pool (approx. 12m long) and private garden with hammocks under trees, large sun terraces and all modern conveniences for a relaxing holiday. The garden also boasts a table tennis table, gas and traditional bar-b-q's,sun lougers and umberellas, patio funiture and rooftop terrace with views to the sea and mountains. Inside the villa has cool marble flooring, fans, air con, 3 twin/double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 15m lounge with 2 six foot sofas, satellite TV,DVD,games,books, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and seperate dining room.
The property stands in its own grounds and benefits from a totally private garden and pool enabling you to relax and sunbathe with no outside intrusions. Around the swimming pool you can stroll amongst the tropical palm trees, hibiscus flowers and even pick your own lemons.
The swimming pool area has a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers,trees and parasols to protect you from the hot Spanish sun. If you like al fresco dining there is a third terrace with tables and chairs where you will be able to enjoy a quiet evening with a glass of wine and barbecue.

The Costa Cálida also called the Warm Coast is the approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterranean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia. This region has a micro-climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures. The area around the Costa Calida is a large beach areaincluding the Calblanque national park which has 2 miles of wonderful coastline giving soft sandy beaches and clear blue sea ideal for swimming in and great for sandcastles and entertaining children with a picnic and at Cabo de Palos there is a large marina, lighthouse and many beach coves and caves along the coast line. The huge Sunday market is held at Cabo de Palos where you can dine on the sea front and try locally caught fish or paella de marisco (seafood paella) - directions to which are supplied in my villa guide book.
La Manga Club has exceptionally well organised sporting facilities: 3 18 hole golf courses, 30 court tennis facility, pitch and putt golf, bowls,squash,paddle tennis,football, etc

The la manga club resort is not far from Cartagena, a bustling town (eating places can be reccomended) and places of interest are included in my villa guide book. Also nearby is horseriding opportunities, windsurfing, sailing, gokarting and jet skiing on the mar menor coastline not far from the local town of Los Belones where there is a market every week and many interesting places to eat at, also an excellent butcher,fish shop and bakery (details in my guide).

The dining room is adjacent to lounge and kitchen making it useful for meals/games when eating outside is not possible or required, with seating for six at a fashionable glass topped table. The chairs are cane, comfortable and decorated in matching colours to the lounge. There is a door to the outside built in B B Q and washing lines, important for drying out towels and swimming costumes and any items of clothes that need to be washed during your stay.

La Manga Club / Los Belones Area: Located in a prestigious La Manga golf resort with 3x18 hole golf courses, vast tennis centre offering excellent tennis academies for all abilities, squash, bowls, cycling, pitch and put golf, as well as children's club. There are numerous beach coves with restaurants, rambling routes, live music every night in the resort, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks - so all that you may need during your stay. For more active ones there are water sports, horse riding, yacht trips and diving available nearby. The villa is situated in a quiet no through road where you are not disturbed by music at nights although only 10 min walk to all main faciltities.
Places of Interest: You can visit the beautiful city of Cartagena which is about 20mins drive by car or train journey. International cuisine also typical Spanish restaurants offering tapas and paella and local fish dishes are in abundance. The resort is bordering the natural reserve which incorporates Calblanque, a mile long pure sand beach reached over the hills. Nearby is the Mar Menor coast which is ideal for watersports as it is without waves and renowned for its healing properties owning the the high mineral content.
How to get there: 30 minutes from Murcia airport by car, car can be hired in the resort. There is a free bus service within the resort. An airport transfer can be arranged by the owner. The property is only 1 hour from Alicante airport by car. Ryanair, Monarch, BMIBaby, Jet2 all fly to Murcia airport. La Manga rentacar is on the resort as well as Europecar, Concorde, Herts, Avis, Solmar are available at the airport.
