Choose the mid or upper terrace to soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful ambience of this much loved community, or take a walk to the large free form swimming pool with poolside bar and restaurant, one of La Manga Club's best kept secrets. All terraces are recently retiled and large trees in the front garden ensure privacy. Both the middle and upper terraces offer splendid views to the Mar Menor. Copies of feedback are available. The villa benefits from reverse cycle air conditioning, comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen and close parking. Residents rates for up to 6 people for all sports facilities including Golf, Tennis etc.. A rear gate and small terrace bring the community pool to less than a minute's walk through the grounds avoiding roads. Additions for 2008 include the installation of UPVC double glazing to the whole property, new firdge freezer & washing machine plus a 32 inch LCD television. All quoted prices include cleaning, linen and a welcome pack. Air-conditioning / heating is included in high season but subject to a small charge in mid and low season. Two complimentary golf pull trolleys are provided saving 14 euros per round.
