La Manga Club: La Manga Club has in excess of 26 restaurants, together with Banks, supermarkets and shops. 3 golf courses - South Course (Championship course), North course (with plenty of hazzards), West course (definitely the "thinking man's course"). There is a 50% discount for guests of owners. There are also 26 tennis courts together with bowls & squash The Club has just built a new Spa facility where you can be pampered inluxurious surroundings.La Manga Club has it's own personal beach "La Cala" together with beach restaurant. There are various beaches surrounding the Club and marinas to cater for water/sports enthusiasts. There is a Nature reserve called "Calblanque" -together with horse-riding facilities not far from La Manga Club. La Manga Club Facilities La Manga club offers 3 championship 18 hole golf courses,a par 47 pitch and putt course, 28 tennis courts. This is the winter facility for the LTA. Swimming:- The Oasis leisure pool, next to the tennis centre, is the centrepiece of La Manga Club and is open to all guests, offering a stunning location to while away hours on one of the numerous sun loungers under palm fronted sunshades. The swimming centre is made up of three pools of varying depths for toddlers, children and the main swimming pool, all serviced by the Oasis cafe/bar. Our villa also has its own heated community pool with a spectacular waterfall,as well as a heated children's pool, so all the family can relax on the loungers or wine & dine at the pool bar/restaurant. La Manga's own private beach cove 'La Cala', offers a more picturesque setting for swimming and snorkelling with its own beach-side restaurant and bar specialising in locally caught sea food. There is also a beach club on the Mar Menor at Mar de Crystal. Water Sports & other facilities: Situated between two seas, La Manga Club has its water sports centre based on the Mar Menor Lagoon. The shallow water is perfect for water-skiing, windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. Tuition is available & equipment hire.The centre also allows you to try your hand at jet skiing, and boat trips are available from the harbour to explore the Mar Menor. Private scuba diving can be arranged for clients to explore the crystal clear Mediterranean waters, although pre-booking is essential. There are 26+ restaurants or bars to choose from on the complex, night clubs, designer clothes shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, chemists and a doctor's/dentist's surgery, cycle hire & horse riding & a Spa. The Fiesta mini-club,provides supervised activity for children aged from 6 months to 12 years and a new activities centre for the older children. The 5 * Hyatt hotel offers entertainment until the early hours, & a casino. There is a courtesy bus availavailable within the resort any time (dial 9) Tennis & Bowls: Widely regarded as Europe's premier tennis centre, La Manga Club has twenty championship clay courts, four hard courts and four artificial grass courts, all of which are floodlit. The 'jewel in the crown' is the world famous 3,500 seater centre court, staging both Federation and Davis Cup events. Fully qualified resident professionals offer tuition all levels with a free weekly assessment class to evaluate player's abilities. There is also an extensive programme of club events, including social, tournament and exhibition evenings. The tennis clubhouse is superb with well appointed changing facilities, pro-shop, restaurant and bar. La Manga Club's bowling facilities are open to both experienced bowlers and those who would like to try. The excellent greens, consisting of six rinks, are all floodlit enabling nighttime as well as daytime play. All equipment is available for hire. Golf & SPA La Manga Club have three superb championship golf courses, North course, South course and Princesa (West) course. Each one represents an entirely different test, giving golfers of all standards the opportunity to play in Europe's premier sports resort. The South course is the main championship course and hosts all the major competitions such as the European PGA Seniors Qualifying School and has hosted the Spanish open five times. Competitions are arranged three times per week.
