This bright, spacious property has recently been modernised & refurbished throughout. It is a two bedroom apartment, containing one double bed and two single beds (that can be pushed together). A cot is available in the appartment if required (no additional cost). The appartment has a large lounge area and separate dining room, fitted kitchen including iron, kettle, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is Sky TV available in the living room and bedrooms, plus a DVD player, telephone and CD player. All rooms are fitted with Air Conditioning units. The apartment has two balconies. It is located close to the private heated community pools , and is a short walk from all sports facilities and restaurants and bars.

We have had such a lovely relaxing holiday! The apartment was fabulous and really quiet.And we so appreciated the air con.. having spoken to other people on the complex without it , it would be unbearable without it.
Having breakfast on the balcony overlooking a wooded area, eating fresh croissants was magical.. especially as it was safe enough for the children to go to collect them from the square every day.
We spent most of the time around the pool which was safe & enclosed so we could relax completely. And night time around the square had a really lovely atmosphere.
All communication with the owner was dealt with promptly & efficiently, & very handy to have the services of a management company on site who organised airport transfers for us.
We will hopefully be returning in the future
Review 2 - Merseyside - Aug 2009 We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at La Manga Club. The appartment we stayed in was modern, spotlessly clean upon arrival and suited our family of 4 perfectly. The appartment is ideally situated, away from any noise from the bars and shops, yet only a few minutes walk from them, and close to the swimming pools. We enjoyed the views from the back of the appartment, looking into a greenbelt, forest area. We look forward to using this appartment again in the future.

Payment is only accepted in the noted currency unless agreed with owner prior to booking. Payment can be made via PAYPAL or internet banking.
Please note all keys to be picked up at our on site management company, where you will be presented with your welcome pack i.e maps & documentation for the use of all facilities at owners dicounted rates i.e tennis, golf, squash private owners club house & restaurant etc, swimming pool access key and a guide of the onsite facilities.
Fly any day of the week to take advantage of cheaper flights (we do not specify Saturday change overs any time of year!). Out of Peak Season the apartment can be rented for short breaks
Price is inclusive of air-conditioning, cleaning, linen and towels. For bookings of 2 weeks or more a mid-stay clean and linen change is also included.
A 30% deposit is required to secure the property this is non refundable, the balance being paid 8 weeks before departure. Bookings for part weeks or long weekends is also available as per availibilty chart. Also, long term rentals can be available upon request. Please note a written receipt will be issued on receipt of deposit. Deposits can be paid by cheque or a direct payment through the bank, including PENPAL, upon confirmation of booking bank details will be issued. |
