The apartment is 1st floor with lift access now available for disabled access. Modern kitchen and bathrooms, bright and airy throughout and in a quiet location. It has a balcony overlooking the pool with lounges available around the pool. The apartment has sky TV, DVD player. It also has a Playstation 2 with plenty of games included. The Mijas Playa club is one of the most sort after for rental in the area because of its location. The complex has two pools and has well kept gardens.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants of all nationalities within easy walking distance and without having to cross the main road. There are plenty of golf courses in the area and a 9 hole course, which can be walked too at La Noria in a couple of minutes. The complex is ideal for children because it is a safe walk to the beach without the need for crossing main roads.

The nearest airport is Malaga airport which is 20 minutes drive away. The local transportation is excellent but car hire is relatively cheap in the area. Fuengirola is 10 mins away and Marbella 15 mins away by car. Tivoli world at Benelmadena is a great night out and Selwoo Safari Park is well worth a visit. The beach is only 100 metres from the apartment.
