Very Private Villa in Javea - Only 15 Mins Walk from Beach, Restaurants & Bars

Our villa is located in a very private location. It is built in traditional Spanish style and is located within 15 minutes walking distance of beach, restaurants, bars and cafes and first class shopping facilities. There is a spacious lounge with TV and DVD, radiators in each room and a wood burning stove for the colder evenings.

Externally there is a very private 8 x 4 meter pool and barbecue area screened by pine trees and attractive gardens with lemon and other fruit trees. Within the garage there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The garage also houses a range of pool furniture and play items for use of guests. There is ample parking on the secluded drive which has a very pretty covered carport. Due to its location the villa is ideally suited for families or those seeking a very comfortable holiday in an attractive private and secluded location within walking distance of the beach,shops and restaurants.

Javea / Adsubia Area: Javea has a beautiful rugged coastline with many pleasurable nature walks. The enormous variety of restaurants, bars and discos help to fill the leisure hours. There is a choice of beaches for those seeking relaxation, windsurfing or sailing. For the lovers of the water sports there is a school for beginners; mountain walks for those more daring; 10 pin bowling, table tennis or golf. If you wish, about 30 min by car will take you to places like Vergel Safari Park, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia water adventure, Cueva (cave) de Calaveras, Fuentes (springs) del Algar, the historical beauty spot of Guadalest, the vineyards and wine producers of Jalon etc...Climate and local conditions The unique micro climate is warm and notably moderate; fresh cooling breezes during the summer months whilst the local hills provide good shelter in the winter. The street market is open every Thursday offering products ranging from leather wear, clothing, handicrafts to food and fruit.

How to get there: Fly to Alicante with bmibaby, british airways, easyjet, ryanair and many other charter airlines. Fly to Valencia with bmibaby,easyJet and many other charter airlines. Fly to Murcia with Ryanair. Taxis or pre-bookable private hire cars and minibuses available at each airport to transfer you to the property.

The House: The house has a large lounge area with wood burning stove . For the warmer days the sloped beamed ceiling has a large eastern style fan and there are sliding doors giving access to the fully glazed sun lounge or 'naya. From the naya there are excellent views through the trees and out to sea. The master bedroom, which has a king size bed, has en-suite toilet and walk-in shower facilities which have been recently upgraded and re floored in terracotta tiles. There is an overhead Eastern style fan for a cooling breeze in the summer months. The dining room has an attractive wicker dining set for six people and saloon style doors which lead through to a fully fitted kitchen with four ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, toaster and coffee maker. A utility room accessed via the rear kitchen door houses a separate freezer and dishwasher. There are three large double bedrooms, the master with ceiling fan and a newly renovated en-suite shower room.

.... All bedrooms have built-in wardrobe facilities. There is a very attractive family bathroom and hot water heater is instantly supplied by gas powered heating system . The third bedroom has en-suite toilet and washing facilities. All bedrooms have built in storage and hanging facilities. For those with young children a travel cot is available. There is also a spare fold down bed should you wish to accommodate a young child to sleep in the main bedroom. There are electric radiators in each room and a feature of the lounge is the wood burning stove which efficiently sends heat throughout the house.
