The Javea / Montgo Area: Javea provides the perfect setting for both beach and mountain holidays. The main beach is the arenal area and has a bustling day and night life. Every thursday javea has its market day. The historic old town and the port have plenty to offer with regards to shops, restaurants, bars and terraces, just a short drive away. 5mins drive away is the 5 star marriott hotel that has health and beauty spars, gym and an 18 hole golf course. In nearby ondara there is a new shopping centre, bowling and cinimas ( all languages) a must if your bored with sun bathing. local activities include - scuba diving, swimming, tennis, golf, sailing, jet ski, fishing, horse riding, wind surfing, water skiing, mountain walks etc.

How to get there: Fly to Alicante or Valencia. easyjet or ryan air. 1 hour 10 mins drive from Alicante. 1 hour 20 mins drive from Valencia. car hire available from economy car hire.

Refundable breakages deposit of £300 required 7 days before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due on booking confirmation balance to be paid 8 weeks before your stay 2 July till 2 September air conditioning is included for reasonable usage. During winter months an additional charge for oil heating. Linen and towels are supplied. If a change over is required during your stay a charge of 15 euros per person. Beach towels are not supplied. Cots and highchairs can be hired locally.
