The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of two beautiful unspoilt bays and only 2 minutes by bus or car from the popular Arenal beach and restaurants (10 minutes walk). The apartment has a very attractive safe communal pool and landscaped gardens and there is secure underground parking.

The accommodation contains one double bedroom and one twin bedded room, a modern well equipped kitchen and utility room with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. . There is a well furnished and smart living area with Cable TV for English stations/DVD and a CD radio player. The patio doors lead to a sun terrace for eating out, with a further sun terrace on the upper floor.

The Javea area is an attractive and unspoilt part of the northern Costa Blanca boasting 325 days of sunshine a year and one of the healthiest climates in the world for all round living. Javea is made up of an old town with narrow streets, shops and bars, a fishing port, and a busier beach area with shops and restaurants.

Airport Connection & Car Hire: We can arrange for someone to meet you at Alicante and bring you directly to the apartment if you do not wish to drive. Golf Holidays: There are some great golf courses in the Javea area. The 18 hole course La Sella is about 15 minutes drive away. The 9 hole Javea and Moraira Golf Clubs are close by, the former being only 5 minutes drive from the apartment

Exploring the Area: Javea is an excellent base for touring. The coastline is varied and generally undeveloped. If you don't want to swim locally you can walk (or take the car) to Portixell Bay (excellent swimming and a local restaurant). A walk around the Cap Trim Nature Reserve, an outstanding stretch of coastal scenery, is very worthwhile. The inland villages and mountains are unspoilt and within an hours drive away. Popular attractions include Terra Mitica, 40 minutes drive, one of the largest theme parks in Europe. In Benidorm there is Aqualandia, the water tube park and Mundomar dolphin park.
