Built in 2004 it is part of one of the best urbanisations ( residential complexes ) in Javea - Jardines del Puerto. It is a bright friendly apartment with marble floors, air conditioning, double glazing & more importantly for our winter guests, underfloor central heating. It comprises a lounge/diner with patio doors to a large south facing balcony with ample space for 4 people dining. One double en-suite bedroom & one twin bedroom with separate full shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob & microwave. A full range of English TV channels is available as well as CD player, board games etc.

The urbanisation has its own pretty, well maintained private gardens, large outdoor swimming pool, paddling pool and jacuzzi.Childrens private play area. Additionally there is a resident's changing facilities for use when taking advantage of the residents' private short tennis court or sauna.

Jardines del Puerto is situated about 2 minutes from the port, where there is a wide range of family run Spanish restaurants and tapas bars. There are also supermarkets and shops etc. as well as a very attractive unspoilt seafront with its own pebble beach. Further along the seafront is the Arenal - a popular sandy beach ideally equipped to cater for all the family. The old town of Javea with its narrow streets, indoor and outdoor markets and historic church is about a 15 minute walk, or 2 minute drive, from the apartment.
