Fully airconditioned, fitted with all necessary equippment. Probably the best feature is the fantastic views from living room, terrace and the two bedrooms.

Large communal swimming pool, well maintained. Easy access to Ibiza Town ,Marina Botafoc's ferry and boat service and taxi rank minutes away walking distance. Talamanca beach, one of the trendiest on the island, is few minutes walk.

Marina Botafoc is a luxury harbour, crowded with beautiful yachts, favoured by people with good, refine taste. It is the most upmarket part of the island, conveniently located close to Ibiza Town and Talamanca beach. There are plenty of quality restaurants to choose from, such as Cafe Sydney, Il Giardinetto, Madrigal, La Raspa...to name the few. There is a good choice of boutiques, local shops, mini supermarkets, as well as simple and down to earth cafes and bars, favoured by people working in the Marina as well as owners of expensive yachts and numerous, well behaved tourists. Great variety indeed, true charm of Marina Botafoc and Paseo Maritimo. There are many quiet spots to be found as well, small bars, friendly restaurants reasonably priced, secluded beaches nearby - even in the middle of summer, then Ibiza is at it's peak.

Pacha Hotel is nearby too, where one can enjoy cosy dinners or taking it easy in the garden lounge bar-a place to see and be seen! The promenade of Paseo Maritimo offers a pleasant walk connecting Marina Botafoc to Ibiza Town. Talamanca beach is not more than 300 metres away, it is the closest beach to Ibiza town, very trendy, laid back, with many restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. Car is not needed if staying in this apartment as everything is witin walking distance. However, to truly explore this magical island, to enjoy different beaches, see the inland villages, visit markets and other towns in Ibiza, car is advisible. The other option is taking a a ferry/boat service from Marina Botafoc to all parts of the island, offering a quick, pleasant and relaxing way to explore everything Ibiza has to offer.
