Just 2 Mins Walk from Guardamar Beach , Bars & Restaurants

Recently completed luxury 3 bed en-suite apartment in the heart of Guardama. Two minutes walk from both the Beach to the south and Bars and shops to the east. Fully fitted out to a very high standard as you would expect being almost brand new. Two twin rooms and a Master En-Suite bedroom as well as a Family Bathroom. Nice size Lounge with a surprisingly large Balcony with views to the Beach. The Beach is quite literally just down the road and cant be no more than 2 minutes Walk. There you will find many bars/restaurants and shops that line the promenade and face a well groomed golden sandy Beach. When you use the Google Map marker you will see a Green Walled Bar/Restaurant with the Words "Tim & Leon" which is now "Siglos" and good for finding were we are and also for telling Taxis were to go etc when you have been out!

Just to the Right of the Apartment and again, less than two minutes walk, you will find yourself on the "Strip" were there is many restaurants, bars and shops to cater every taste and pocket. There is also the well known "Factory outlet" leather shops in the town, so they are a must for all visiters to the town. The main Town Square is a further Two minutes walk on so you will never be far away from anything. In the Block just to the Left of the Apartment is Siglos, A Wonderfull Little English Bar/Resaurant Run by Mark (Scotish) and Agui (Spanish). Siglo's has proved to be a very popular meeting/eating and drinking place by many who stay in the Apartment and in fact staying in Guardamar.So if you fancy a "Fry-up" before you go to the Beech or a Great Steak for Tea, or a chat about were to go or what to do then you will find the Apartment perfectly Located.

The Guardamar del Segura Area: On Sundays and Wednesdays there are markets. These take place within walking distance from the apartment and is a very good shopping opportunity. By night the restaurants and bars come alive, you are spoilt for choice but do check out restaurants with a menu of the day special. ( some of Chinese restaurants have 3 courses with drinks for less than 5 euros). As you would expect there are great paellas and sea food as well as basic plainer food available. The night market in Guardamar is another place for bargains and presents for the folks back home. In late July there is a huge carnival celebrating the Moors and the Christians, there are battle re-enactments on the beach, a procession with marching bands floats and costumes, and a firework display to rival any you’ll see in the UK.You will quicky decover that Spain does like a Firework!

How to get there: Www.monarch.co.uk and www.easyjet.co.uk are just two of many operators that fly regularly to Alicante. On arrival you will find Car hire company's operate from the airport or walk outside and you will see the taxi's waiting. Guadama is Just a 20 min drive away from Alicante airport and Expect to pay around 35 euros from the Airport. We also Provide a Transfer service apon Request

The Apartment: Front door opens up to a nice size Lounge/Dining room with dining for 6. To the side of the Lounge, there is the Fully Fitted Kitchen which extends right out to the back of the Balcany and benifits from sea views. The Balcany itself can comfortably seat 4 aduts round the Table and has power and views to the Beach. Down the Hallway there is Two Twin Bedrooms which have fitted Wardrobes. The Master Bedroom has a nice size En-Suite and again has fitted Wardrobes. To the end of the Hallway is the Family Bathroom with fitted Shower.

Guest Book: Just to let you know we had a great time. The apartment is in the ideal place with easy walking distant to beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and bright, even with 5 adults we had plenty of space. The one down fall no air conditioning, but I would still recommend it and go back again. Regards Sue.
