The property is located just 15 to 20 minutes walk from the town centre and beach of Guardamar Del Segura. Whilst enjoying a peaceful location we are situated on a well lit road running along the side of a fabulous forest of pines, palms, cactus and eucalyptus. The protected pine forest borders the beautiful sand dunes and beach of Guardamar. A short walk from the property will take you to the river Segura where you will find an abundance of wild life, or you can take an enjoyable stroll through the pine forest at the front of the property directly to the beach or the marina. This is the perfect location for a family holiday with all the amenities you would expect to find in a popular tourist area.

This residential apartment is located on the first floor of a modern development. It has good sized living accommodation with a separate kitchen and a utility room. The large (20ft) L shaped balcony enjoys the morning sun and is a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Guardamar Del Segura is located within 12 kilometres of blue flag sandy beach on the Mediterranean coast. It boasts not only one of the best beaches in Spain it is also a place of natural beauty with 800 hectares of pine forest and parkland. The area is a protected conservation area and has an abundance of wild life.

Guardamar Del Segura: With family friendly beaches bordered by a natural pine, palm and eucalyptus forest, Guardamar is a very pretty town with traditional Sanish charm.. There are many things to do and see, as well as local places of historic interest well worth visiting. There are plenty of boutiques and an extensive local market held every Wednesday. During the summer months there is also a night market which runs from the town centre to the beach where you can purchase local craft items, and visit the fun fair with the younger children There are 2 parks located in the centre of Guardamar within walking distance from the apartment, Parqe de Alfonso XIII (Dunas de Guardamar) and Reina Sofia Park, the latter having lovely gardens, a lake, waterfall as well as a great play area for the children. Ducks and Peacocks roam freely around the park.

Guardamar Del Segura: In the town centre, you will find a good choice of bars and restaurants, shops and boutiques as well as the post office, banks, bakeries, chemists, tourist information office, internet cafe and even a sports centre. There is a local bus station with regular services to nearby towns and places of interest including Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia. Taxi services are available locally.

Leisure: Local leisure facilities include: Marine facilities with around 500 moorings, boat hire, jet ski hire, water sports, diving, fishing, bike hire, horse riding, walking, etc. Located at the mouth of the river Segura, Guardamar is an excellent place for those who enjoy fishing. The nearest water park is located in Quesada which is only 20 minutes drive from Guardamar.
