The apartment has a private 'huge roof top terrace' with views overlooking the swimming pool and extended views over the magnificent Pine and Eucalyptus El Parquet Natural (forest) with sea views in the distance!

Both apartments are tastefully furnished and fully equipped throughout to a high standard throughout. We cater for all ages and take a special pride in providing children with an array of beach toys, books and children's DVDs. There is a MasyMas supermarket just literally 5 minutes walk away and many other shops, restaurants and bars 10 stroll away. Guardamar is renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches and 'our magnificent sandy beach beach' is just 10-15 minutes stroll through small pathways leading down to it via the 'Parquet Natural' (forest). ESCAPE THE DREARY WINTER MONTHS...our apartments have heating for the colder months to keep you cosy and we have longer winter lets available (October to May inclusive). Both Satelite English and Spanish television programmes are available in both apartments via a lovely flat screen TV, there is also a DVD player with many up to date DVDs available for your use to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The Costa Blanca: Alicante...The capital of the province, this beautiful, elegant city with a modern harbour development of sophisticated restaurants and bars built around the marina. Alicante has all the trappings of a big city but with Valencian style from the small pavements café, to the imposing department store of El Corte Ingles, here shopping can be taken very seriously!! Elche...Is just a few km from Alicante is the ancient city of Elche, with many historical and cultural buildings. During the 19th century Dam of Elche was discovered. This bust of an Iberic Princess dates back from four centuries before Christ and is now the official symbol of the city. Elche is famous throughout Spain as a major grower of palm trees, which are exported around the world; the city also has a thriving show industry. The ‘Rio Safari Park is also in Elche, here you can enjoy a day out on safari and experience the sight of many animals living in their natural environment.

Murcia...The capital of a region known as the “Gardener of Spain” and dominated by its magnificent cathedral featuring some of the greatest examples of Spanish Baroque and Renaissance Art, elsewhere in the City you can find the Roman and Moorish periods. Torrevieja...Translated is “old” or “ancient tower”, which is to be found on the north side of the town, overlooking the sea, originally a Moorish defence and recently restored with magnificent gardens. It is now a popular place for wedding couples to be photographed, with the blue Mediterranean as a backdrop.

Guardamar Area: Guardamar de Segura, situated a few kilometres south of Alicante is a small typically Spanish Coastal town. It lies on the river Segura and enjoys an enviable coastal position. The town has a wonderful landscaped park where you can sit and relax, long sandy beaches and nearby pine forests.The Dunas de Guardamar cover an area of over 800 hectares, running parallel to the coast. They are sand deposits left by the Segura River and the Sea and at one time the threat of the town being covered by sand was a real possibility, for this reason the huge expanse of pine forest was planted in the late 1800, early 1900s.The town centre has a wide variety of shops, be it small gift shops or the supermarket and every Wednesday is market day. Restaurants and bars are plentiful with a choice of food and wine to suit most tastes and pockets. Fiestas are an important part of life in Guardamar and the atmosphere provided by the locals is something to remember.

How to get there: This stunning apartment is just a 30 minute drive from Alicante and a 35 minute drive from Murcia... Airport transport service is available to all guests at local cost.
