The apartment block is very secure throughout. Ideal for families with young children as well as couples, the swimming pool has a childrens pool, together with adult pool, quiet and peaceful seating area around the pool. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. If necessary there is space for another single bed. There are two double bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other has a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the lounge.(put-you-up bed also available)

15 minutes from Malaga airport this apartment is all newly furnished to a high standard and completely refurbished, the block is secure and in excellent condition, All modern conveniences, excellently located you have best of both worlds, secure quiet road, but within walking distance from all amenities. walk along seafront to Fuengirola centre, lovely walk, buses and trains walking distance from apartment to all surrounding towns, South facing balcony approx 17ft X 17ft boasts constant sunshine, balcony furniture, canopies to allow shade if you so require. The balcony is secure and great for children, chair for your comfort. The apartment also has a DVD player and Sky TV, BBC and ITV channels. Friendy, comfortable holiday for all.

Outside apartment has a large balcony which is great for sunbathing if you so wish, also excellent for children as it has a wall around the balcony, which allows children to play safely. It is on the first floor of the apartment block. The gardens are lovely and well kept, ideal if you want to sit in tree shaded surroundings, for sunbathing. The pool is completely secure and has childrens pool and normal pool. It is never really busy so plenty of room to sit around the pool. Shower and outside toilet within pool area. Residents in the block keep the area and apartment block in excellent conditions, and peaceful and relaxing.

Los Boliches is between Torreblanca and Fuengirola, 10 minute walk. This is a lovely Spanish feel shippong/cafe bar tree lined street. The area give you the feel of beautiful beaches, peaceful Spanish feel but all the amenities you could possible want and need within walking distance. Fuengirola has all the night life and restaurants if this is your desire. Taxis and buses on your doorstep.

The above charges may be flexible depending on how many people staying in the apartment. Cost varies according to the season, so please telephone for prices Price of rental includes electricity and cleaning of the apartment after your stay. Both long and short term letting is available all year- Discounts for long term winter lets. Prices vary from £225 per week. £100 key deposit is also charged, fully refunded at end of stay provided keys returned and there is no damage to apartment. Discounts of up to 25% for long term bookings. Long term rentals for a period of 3 months over the winter period can be as little as £700 per month (again may be flexible dependent on how many people staying in apartment) This does not cover the cost of electricity which will be charged seperately. There is support and people in the apartment block who look after the apartment and any problems you may have and they are contactable at all times, they are a British couple. English speaking people reside within the apartment block so it is a very friendly well looked after apartment block. It is also peaceful and restful.

Upon booking apartment, we would like to know how many people staying ie whether children or adults, this is purely to enable us to let the people we have look after the apartment know how many to expect for security reasons. If for any reason you book the apartment and decide to have more people stay, if you could let us know prior to arriving at the apartment. It is a great apartment for families as it has lots of outdoor space on the balcony which is on the first floot and walled all the way round so very safe for children. The apartment block is very safe and secure and a lovely landscaped garden, with shared pool which is never too busy. Quiet road just an 8 minute walk from the beach.
