Monte Cañada is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a paved garden patio area with table and chairs, also a large front balcony with mountain and sea views. The apartment has aircon throughout, for summer and winter use. The apartment comprises a large lounge dining room, tastefully furnished. The television has British programmes, there is also a DVD player. The patio doors from the lounge go on to a large balcony which also has a table and chairs. The views are of the swimming pool and gardens, tennis court and the mediterranean.

The kitchen is fully fitted with Electric Oven and Hob, Washing Machine, Microwave, Toaster and Fridge Freezer. The main bedroom has a double bed, large built in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. The Patio doors lead on to the main front balcony. There are also two twin bedded rooms, one having access to back garden, both bedrooms having large built in wardrobe space. There is a shower room with toilet, handbasin and bidet between the two bedrooms. The large community swimming pool and garden is open from May to September with a Life Guard in attendance. The apartment has underground parking with a lift into building which only has 3 floors. The beach, and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away.
