Frigiliana has been crowned with the title of the prettiest and best preserved 'pueblos blanco' the famous whitewashed villages in the province of Andalucia. Its peaceful, narrow, winding streets perfectly retains their original Moorish flavour. Frigiliana is in Spain's Malaga province. Brightly painted houses with colourful doors adorn the narrow passages. In the middle of the village you will find an interesting traditional church. Opposite is a pleasant square to rest and enjoy a traditional meal. There are many fine restaurants hiding away The Mirador restaurant at the top, has particularly impressive views while you eat. You will find ample tiny shops in which to buy the local handicrafts which include fine basket ware, linen and lace.

Distances: The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are 50 metres away. Nerja and the beaches are 6km away. Malaga airport is only 45 mins drive away.

Coast & Beaches: Nerja, the nearest town, has 16 kilometres of beaches. All major water sports are available including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Burriana is the largest beach and the most famous in the area.

Golf: The Nerja and Torrox golf courses are under construction but the nearest Golf course is called Baveria about 15 minutes drive away. Other courses are Anoreta and Morriscos about 25 mins drive.
