Location: Estepona is a medium size town with no high rise hotels, it is a typical Spanish town with bars and restaurants. There are very good beaches and golf courses in the area. It is a 20 min drive to the world famous Peurto Banus, Marbella. There are several Marinas close by with a nice feel to them, they all have restaurants and bars with excellent beaches. The area is served by two airports Malaga 90 k and Gibralter 40k away. There are plenty of large supermarkets just a short drive away. There are also local Markets on Weds & Sundays. Other local attractions include a wildlife park - Selwo, Country Club, Golf Courses, Drive to the top of our local Mountain. Horse riding and walking. While there why not learn to dive, our diving instuctor will come to you and teach you in the comfort of the villas own pool, just 60 euros per person. Further Information: Winter Rental Long Term Special Rates. From as little as £93.75pp pw low season and £175pp pw peak season based on 8 sharing. The swimming pool is private as is the detached villa with no other property close by, the bedrooms are all large doubles, one is very big with a double and two single beds ideal for the kids. The property also has a DVD player. Air-Con and ceiling fans to all bedrooms. The villa can be reached from either Malaga or Gibraltar airports. Gibraltar airport is served by Monarch and BA. Car hire available from both airports. Guest assistance & support number during your stay. More pictures available please ask and we will send them to you via e mail. Guest Comfort. We prefer you not to smoke inside the villa for the comfort of our non smoking guests, but there is plenty of areas to smoke outside. |
