El Roble' is situated on top of its own hill set in the mountains behind Estepona. It has spectacular sea and mountain views in all directions, is only 5 minutes from the beach and 20 mins from the world famous Puerto Banus, Marbella. Estepona is only 10 minutes in the other direction. Situated between a good number of golf courses in both directions.This location is one of natural beauty and set away from any built up areas with no construction going on within miles! There are tracks to walk along right from the doorstep and an equestrian centre just 2 mins away.

3 Air Conditioned double bedrooms, can sleep 8 comfortably in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large kitchen. Very large lounge with fireplace and spectacular views. Three terraces, a very large private pool. Learn to dive with us!! Pool terrace with a built in BBQ, detached on top of its own hill with fantastic views in all directions including views of Gibraltar. Very private with own drive. All in all, a one off.

Location: Estepona is a medium size town with no high rise hotels, it is a typical Spanish town with bars and restaurants. There are very good beaches and golf courses in the area. It is a 20 min drive to the world famous Peurto Banus, Marbella. There are several Marinas close by with a nice feel to them, they all have restaurants and bars with excellent beaches. The area is served by two airports Malaga 90 k and Gibralter 40k away. There are plenty of large supermarkets just a short drive away. There are also local Markets on Weds & Sundays. Other local attractions include a wildlife park - Selwo, Country Club, Golf Courses, Drive to the top of our local Mountain. Horse riding and walking.

Further Information: Villa E Roble is privately owned and is the only holiday home that we manage; it is also where we take our holidays. We manage it ourselves and it is us that you will meet when you arrive on holiday, we have owned the Villa for eight years and have built on the experience during that time. It is also us that will give you the support while you are there. It is not run by any other holiday company or agent so you will only deal with us directly the owners. We take great pride in our Villa and in the service that you get as guests. We realise that your annual holiday is very important; so we work very hard to ensure your stay at our beautiful villa is a very enjoyable one.

Guest Comfort. Sometimes it is the small things that can really annoy us, you wont open the wardrobe doors and find a few hangers (how annoying is that!!) you will have more hangers than you need, how refreshing! Also the kitchen cupboards are well stocked with crockery and cutlery and all the things that we need at home, yes we have stayed at other holiday homes that when you open the cupboard to get out a cup or glass and find there are only a few there. You will not have this problem at El Roble; even if you did manage to use them all, the dishwasher will soon put that problem to bed! While on the subject of beds, how many times have you been to a hotel or holiday home and found the beds to small, or uncomfortable, well El Roble only has King Size beds! In air conditioned bedrooms. It is for these reasons and many more that we have returning guests each year, so why not give us a try? You can reserve the dates that you want for next year by paying a holding fee of £99 this will hold the date for you with no deposit required until March 1st and then it will only be 25% of the remaining balance with the final payment 8 weeks before you go.

We prefer you not to smoke inside the villa for the comfort of our non smoking guests, but there is plenty of areas to smoke outside.
