Luxury townhouse in unique location directly on the beach of the New Golden Mile between Marbella and Estepona. It is only a 7 minute drive to the famous Puerto Banus. Also between here and Marbella there are about 70 restaurants, the choice is plenty. Very close we have also two beach restaurans (chirringuitas), where you can enjoy the Mediterranian kitchen. The El Saladillo beach is one of the best and not overcrowded beaches at the Costa del Sol. In 2010 President Obama stayed close to here in the Villa Padierna and enjoyed the El Saladillo beach at the Villa Padierna Beach Club. (only a 5 minute walk from here). Also it is possible, to hire tennis and paddle tennis courts at the Beachclub Villa Padierna.

The community is completely fenced in and accessible via an electric gate. There are car park spaces at the house. We have a private, secluded and fenced in garden, which leads onto the sandy beach. There are sunbeds for the beach available as well as parasols. The house has two stories. There is a complete fitted kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.The spacious living and dining area is two steps lower and has from the living area a double patio door and from the dining area a french door onto the large terrace. The terrace is fully furnished with a brown leather suite, a dining table with 4 chairs and two big sun loungers. There are additionally 4 sunbeds available, to take onto the beach, as well as two parasols. The terrace has an insulated sunroof, to protect from the heat and sun. There is also a big gas barbecue available. On the terrace you can enjoy romantic nights at the beach and listen to the sea. It is just amazing!

The House - Further Information: The house has marble floors throughout. It was completely renovated in 2009 and newly furnished. Nearly all windows have blinds (bedrooms and living areas). Automatic irrigation system in the garden. English (sky), german and spanish TV. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Golf: For golfers the Costa del Sol which is in the meanwhile called Costa del Golf, is a true paradise. Within minutes from here you find at least 5 Golfcourses in the neighbourhood. One of them is the famous Los Flamingos with its fanatastic 5 Star hotel Villa Padierna. Here the Leadies European Tour is present every year.

Tennis & Paddle Tennis: The villa Padierna has a Beach Club just 5 minutes walk along the beach from here, where you can rent tennis courts and paddle tennis courts.
