'MAR AZUL' is comprised of only 72 exclusive apartments arranged in a 'V'-shape, designed so that each apartment receives it's fair share of the Sun, and has a spectacular view. The open end of the 'V' is purely beach & sea ! Within the 'V' is a totally unique area of exuberant and colourful tropical gardens, spectacular sculptured swimming pools, fountains, cascading waterfalls, sunken deck-chairs, Jacuzzi beds, and thatched cabanas. This super-luxurious ground floor apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the central pool area. The wide sliding glass doors from both lounge and master bedroom lead out into the sun-drenched terrace and our private lawned area, from which the views over the pools and sea beyond is just breathtaking. It's literally a stone's throw from the sea, and 5 privacy steps down to the pool.

Europe's finest microclimate played a leading role in the design of this master bedroom, which features full-length panoramic opening windows (utilising privacy glass) which lead directly onto the extensive terrace and our private lawned area overlooking the pools and sea. In keeping with the overall impression of elegant but stylish simplicity, the bedrooms are designed using travertine marble on the floors and walls, complemented by delicate borders. Large ventilated wardrobes provide more than ample storage space, and are fully fitted with drawers, shoe-racks, and clothes-hangers. All beds feature storage below, hopefully big enough for your cases. A brilliantly designed sofa-bed in the spacious lounge converts, at a single pull of a strap (and without having to remove any of it's cushions), into a top quality super-king-size bed, with sheets already fitted. Pillows & blanket are stored in an inbuilt compartment. This enables this apartment to sleep 6 in total comfort.

The main bathroom boasts of a hydro-massage shower in a perfectly matching marble cubicle, additional rinsing shower over jacuzzi bath, and 'his & hers' wash-basins. Ventilated teak cupboards offer ample amounts of storage space, whilst the thermostatically-controlled underfloor heating makes it a pleasure to use both of these bathrooms at all times of the year, and ensures quick drying of towels ! The additional deluxe features such as vast electrically heated mirrors ( which never steam-up !), sunken halogen lighting, and ceiling speakers for the high-quality sound system, ensure that, unfortunately, there'll be no rushing the ladies out of these bathrooms!

Location: MAR AZUL is in a prime South-facing sea-front location very near Estepona, on the 'New Golden Mile' . Price includes all electricity used. There are no meters. There are no extras. Price includes full & unlimited access to the leisure centre. I am happy to negotiate special terms for extended Winter holidays, such as 4 weeks for the price of 3 ! 30% deposit on booking. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday. A £100.00 'damage deposit' is charged, which is FULLY refunded if the apartment is left in good order. Payments normally by cheque, or direct bank to bank transfer. PAYPAL accepted, but with a 3% surcharge ( that's less than they charge me ! ) In the event of a holiday needing to be cancelled, I ask to be advised as soon as possible, whereupon I will use my best endeavours to re-let. If I can re-let, I will return your deposit, less any expenses incurred for additional advertising etc. I strongly advise that cancellation insurance is taken out. (If you find that my apartment is booked when you required it, let me know, as I may be able to help arrange an alternative apartment to rent on MAR AZUL.)
