'MAR AZUL' is comprised of only 72 exclusive apartments arranged in a 'V'-shape, designed so that each apartment receives it's fair share of the Sun, and has a spectacular view. The open end of the 'V' is purely beach & sea ! Within the 'V' is a totally unique area of exuberant and colourful tropical gardens, spectacular sculptured swimming pools, fountains, cascading waterfalls, sunken deck-chairs, Jacuzzi beds, and thatched cabanas. This super-luxurious ground floor apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the central pool area. The wide sliding glass doors from both lounge and master bedroom lead out into the sun-drenched terrace and our private lawned area, from which the views over the pools and sea beyond is just breathtaking. It's literally a stone's throw from the sea, and 5 privacy steps down to the pool.

Outdoor living is what it's about on MAR AZUL. The master-bedroom (with en-suite facilities) opens directly onto the spacious terrace & lawn through giant glass sliding doors. There is a fitted mosquito curtain so that the doors can be left fully open for ventilation during the day or night.

The almost decadent use of the highest quality Travertino Marble on floors, walls and surfaces in both bathrooms enhance their clean, crisp, and elegant design, complemented by frosted-glass privacy screens and bidet in both bathrooms. The main bathroom boasts of a hydro-massage shower in a perfectly matching marble cubicle, additional rinsing shower over jacuzzi bath, and 'his & hers' wash-basins. Ventilated teak cupboards offer ample amounts of storage space, whilst the thermostatically-controlled underfloor heating makes it a pleasure to use both of these bathrooms at all times of the year, and ensures quick drying of towels ! There are additional deluxe features such as vast electrically heated mirrors which never steam-up !

Dining Area The spacious dining area has six comfortable orange-seated chairs contrasting nicely with the attractive white wooden dining table. "Mood-lighting", complemented by two unique orange "sphere-lamps" glowing through the glass doors of the side-cabinet, enhances the Mediterranean ambience of this airy room. A convenient marble hatch provides convenient access to the kitchen for serving.

Price includes all electricity used. There are no meters. There are no extras. Price includes full & unlimited access to the leisure centre. I am happy to negotiate special terms for extended Winter holidays, such as 4 weeks for the price of 3 ! 30% deposit on booking. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday. A £100.00 'damage deposit' is charged, which is FULLY refunded if the apartment is left in good order. Payments normally by cheque, or direct bank to bank transfer. PAYPAL accepted, but with a 3% surcharge ( that's less than they charge me ! ) In the event of a holiday needing to be cancelled, I ask to be advised as soon as possible, whereupon I will use my best endeavours to re-let. If I can re-let, I will return your deposit, less any expenses incurred for additional advertising etc. I strongly advise that cancellation insurance is taken out. (If you find that my apartment is booked when you required it, let me know, as I may be able to help arrange an alternative apartment to rent on MAR AZUL.)
