Apartment with Sea View, 5 Minutes Walk to Lively Port, 10 Minutes Walk to Beach

The apartment has air-conditioning, a south facing terrace, Satellite TV, DVD/CD system, one twin bedroom and one bathroom. The living area has a double sofa bed. The kitchen has a washing machine and the normal kitchen appliances. There are two pools (one more child friendly) with lifeguards in attendance during the summer season.

Estepona is 50 minutes from Malaga and 35 minutes from Gibraltar Airports. There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance. It is a lovely walk into the town center and is very close to a lively port with beaches on either side. We can help with car hire or arrange airport pick up. You will be met at an arranged place, shown to the apartment and given local help and support. You will have a contact number for any advice needed during your stay.

The last large town on the Costa del Sol before the Rock of Gibraltar Where is Estepona ? Located in the South of Spain ( Andalucia Region ) within the province of Malaga on the Costa del Sol Nearest Airport Malaga - 50 mins drive Nearest Beach La Rada / El Cristo - 10/10 walk mins drive Nearest Shops In the Port - 5 walk mins drive Nearest Motorway 157 Nearest Train Station Fuengirola - 40 mins drive Alternative Airport Gibraltar - 35 mins drive The apartment is in a secure gated complex a five minutes walk from the port of Estepona. It has two swimming pools: the child-friendly one on the upper level and it has gradual steps keeping you in your depth while the lower pool is for the more serious swimmers. During the summer months there are lifeguards in attendance. Beside the lower pool there are toilets, showers and baby changing facilities though the pool is only thirty meters from the apartment. The pools are surrounded by beautiful gardens and there are sunbeds available and shade canopies. The apartment has a large south facing terrace with two independent awnings allowing you to control the sun and shade all day. There is also a lovely view of the port and the sea from the terrace. On either side of the port there are two beaches. To the right side is El Cristo beach which is a cove with a gentle tide movement and it also has two beach bar/restaurants. The one on the left of the port, La Rada, is the one which the promenade runs along and it stretchs right along the front of Estepona. Estepona is now a city but it has maintained it's Spanish feel and there are many very good places to dine. There are plenty of large shops and after a shopping trip it is lovely to relax in the picturesque Plaza de las Flores which is a beautiful square surrounded by trees, restaurants and bars in the town centre. For those interested in some history a visit to the Nuestra Senora de los Remedios church dating back to 1766 is recommended, or, for the nature lover a trip to Selwo Safari Park is a must do. The apartment itself is very comfortable and help is always on hand from our manager who lives locally and will give you any advice or help you may need.

Estepona Old town is 20 minutes walk along the promenade and there are many bus tours to Malaga, Ronda etc. Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Animal adventure Park are also exciting places to visit. Not to mention the beautiful white mountain villages of Andalucia. All amenities such as shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars are on the doorstep.

Coast / Beach: The walk to the town center is along a promenade with cafes and beach bars along the la Rada beach. Going to the beach on the right of the port you will find the beautiful child friendly El Cristo beach with two good beach bars with views of Gibraltar and Africa. Both beaches are 5-10 minutes from the apartment.

Golf: Various golf clubs in the area.

Skiing: Three hours drive to Sierra Navada, Granada.
