The villa is located on outskirts of Estepona. 1km from El Paraiso golf club, and within easy reach of many more golf courses. The Estepona Marriott and Crowne Plaza Hotels are across the road. The gardens are beautiful, electric gates allow you onto the driveway.

There is a fabulous pool area (approx 750 sq. m.) which has a large children's pool with fountain, leading to large swimming pool with waterfall all in amazing garden area, all of which is gated for added security of children. The pool is shared with 5 other villas however 3 of these villas are unoccupied for July and August so consequently very quiet and private. The towns of Puerto Banus, Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona are all within a few minutes drive and Gibraltar is only 40 minutes away

Travel / Distances: Malaga Airport approx 45 mins away also Gibraltar Airport 40 mins away. Most people hire a car, however there is a very good bus service. The local bus stops are only approx. 300 yards away from Villa. Estepona centre 6km, San Pedro 3km, Puerto Banus 7km, Marbella 10km all available using local bus service at minimal cost. Three main supermarkets locally, pubs, cafe bars, restaurants of many nationalities, large bar/snacks facility (Los Arcos) with children's play area and 2 Banks all local within 5 mins walk. Gibraltar is only 40 minutes away -bus service or local excursions available. Selwo Wild life/adventure park short distance away. Adventure/water park short drive or bus ride to Fuengerola.

Golf: El Paraiso within 1km, many other golf courses within 5km.

Coast / Beach: The beach is within 10 mins walk, there are 2 beach bars. Plus access to beach bars at Marriott Hotel on beach. For less mobile the beach may represent hard walk but it is easily accessible by road by short drive.

About the Owner: Having fallen in love with the area, we bought the Villa in 2006 and are content to spend the rest of our lives in this beautiful, friendly part of the Country. There are plenty of lovely places to visit within easy reach, with a good local bus service and 'trip arranging' service. Most of the local shops,bars and restaurants speak and/or understand English. As the Villa is our home we ask all visitors to respect it as such and hope they enjoy their stay in our beautiful home. Year purchased: 2006.

The changeover day is normally Saturday or Sunday but can be flexible. Access after 3pm but early arrivals may deposit luggage at Villa until maid service completed. Vacate Villa by 10am but luggage may be left on terrace until to 2pm if late flights. Deposit of 20% required with balance within 10 weeks before arrival.
