Estepona Rental Apartment - Great Value - Stunning Views

Beautifully furnished 1st floor apartment in an established development, which has large swimming pool with free sunbeds set in fabulous gardens which include streams and waterfalls and bridges, not to mention the gold fish. There is a 15 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants but if you want something a little closer, the country club, hotel and very good restaurant are just a 5 minute walk.

The apartment is split level, has a large lounge/dining room with a flat screen T.V including SKY,a balcony with lighting and electric sun awning and has views over the valley to the sea. There is a guest bathroom and fully fitted kitchen with everything you need including oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The two bedrooms are off a small hallway and are made up of two large bedrooms with Juliette balconies and full bathrooms. Each bedroom also has the benefit of its own water tank. So no running out of hot water.

The last large town on the Costa del Sol before the Rock of Gibraltar Where is Estepona ? Located in the South of Spain ( Andalucia Region ) within the province of Malaga on the Costa del Sol Nearest Airport Malaga/ Gibraltar - 60 km Nearest Train Station Fuengirola - 50 km We are close to Estepona and Marbella town centres. Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive if you fancy a taste of the high life. Gibraltar is less than an hour. There are so many places to go and see, that the apartment is an ideal base for either a fully packed itinerary or just to laze around the pool or on the beach with a glass of sangria. Shopping is a must also, you have many areas to go and spend your money. Laguna beach is a must to visit, along with the cobbled streets of San Pedro or the famous Orange Square in Marbella.
