The master bedroom has a double queen size bed and has en suite bathroom, the other bedroom has two double beds, with another bathroom, it is fully equipped with very good quality linen and it is very attractive decorated. The access to the urbanization is via electronic fob key for both pedestrian and parking access.

Estepona is a resort situated on the Mediterranean, about 50 miles west of Malaga and about 50 miles east of Gibraltar. It is part of the Costa del Sol, and as one would expect, has abundance of sunny days. It has blue flag sandy beaches and the town has retained the natural Spanish charm of Andalucía. It has a marina motor boats and yachts which is part of Estepona port - home to an active fishing fleet which goes to sea daily. Puerto Paraiso is adjacent to the port and most apartments overlook the port with spectacular views of the Mediterranean, including parts of North Africa and Gibraltar. There is a tourist office handily situated a few minutes walk from Puerto Paraiso, and nearby there are 2 supermarkets. In the port area there is an abundance of various restaurants catering for all tastes. Puerto Paraiso has 2 outside pools.
