2 Bed 2 bath Exclusive Air Conditioned BEACHFRONT apartment with shared pool.
2 bedroom, 2 bath air conditioned apartment with terrace overlooking the gardens and beach. The accomodation comprises one double bedroom with 4-piece ensuite bathroom, twin bedroom, separate family bathroom and large lounge/diner with kitchen off. Outside is a terrace equipped with 4-seater patio set, sunbeds and parasols . The apartment is fully fitted with all the usual facilities including dishwasher, washing machine and flatscreen digital TV with UK freeview channels. The complex has a shared pool area from which gates lead directly onto the beach. Playa del Moral is a small gated community with private parking, but is just 5 minutes from all the amenities of Estepona's charming town and harbour, although there are 2 supermarkets just a few hundred metres away. Golf is everywhere, from Valderrama (20k) to Esteona Golf just acxross the road. 20 mins to Puerto Banus and Marbella and about 35 mins to Gibraltar.
For those who wish to see more of Spain than just the beaches, Estepona is a central jumping off point for some of Andalucia's treasures: Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Cadiz and Jerez can all be reached within a couple of hours drive. For the really adventurous you can also get to Algeciras within 40 minutes and from there can catch a ferry to Tangier for the day.

A large open-plan living area has a dining area (which you probably wont use) sofa, easy chairs and flat screen digital TV with UK Freeview channels and digital radio. Patio doors lead onto the terrace which looks directly onto the gardens and the sea just 40 metres away. In reality you will eat out here most of the time unless you find the lapping of the waves onto the beach is a little too intrusive. Both inside dining suite and outside patio set only accomodate 4 people, so the apartment is not really suited for more than 4 occupants. Baby facilities are not available.
