A truly exceptional 4 bedroom luxury villa. This magnificent detached villa has been beautifully designed both inside and out, with stunning landscaped gardens and a free form private pool overlooking the 1st green of the renowned Desert Springs Golf Resort. This is a best- of- both world's location enjoying views of uninterrupted rural scenery, yet is less than a 10 minute drive to the coast. Desert Springs Resort offers every facility for a memorable holiday and not only for the golfer. It boasts a Spa, Tennis Courts, Gym, Cycling and Jogging trail,3 bars, 3 restaurants. At the Sierra Club there is a free form swimming pool with contra current, Jacuzzi, children's play and games areas and their own beach. The Villa itself has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room/ dining area and bodega dinning room in the basement. Outside you have 2 covered terraces, one dinning area for 8, the other seating for 8 overlooking the first green and a beer bath for cooling down in after a long day.

Desert Springs Golf Resort: Designed by Peter McEvoy and inspired by the famous golf courses of New Mexico and Arizona, it is the only desert golf course in Europe. The Indiana course has been built to full USGA specifications. It is a spectacular blend of emerald green fairways and arid landscape of cacti, rock flowering desert flora, streams and lakes, set high on a plateau surrounded by the ranges of the Sierra Cabrera mountains. It is the largest cacti and rock park in the whole of Europe. All in all the course offers an exhilarating golfing experience both demanding and satisfying for players of all abilities depending on the choice of tee selected. The Indiana is the overseas home for a number of British Golf unions as well as the home of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation. The practise facilities are impressive with a complment of PGA teaching professionals. There is a superb clubhouse, pro shop and boutique.

Guest Comments - Kevin - Feb 2011 Fantastic house/pool/complex... just as the descriptions. Very luxurious home with everything you could possibly need. Penny very helpful and Glynn who met us at the property had some great suggestions of eateries. Which turned out to be fantastic!! Definitely recommend this resort and property. Weather was fab even in february 20-22c!!!! Used the day spa and Karen did a great Indian Head Massage. El Torrente staff and food lovely. Decorated table for my husbands birthday and organised a cake.!! Overall a fantastic place even if you don't play golf or tennis. Very relaxing...

Guest Comments - Sue C - July 2009 There were 7 of us staying in this absolutely excellent Villa, perfectly clean, very well maintained and very homely and welcoming. The owner’s description is 100% accurate and dealing with Penny was a pleasure. The Villa its self is very spacious and has every single thing you could ask for nothing we found was missing in fact there seemed to be two or three of every thing that we needed. We had the master bedroom which was a dream (like a 5 star hotel). The pool and garden area were fantastic and the “Beer Bath” was just great for us all to sit in with a beer (or two!!!!) and have a chat and chill. The patio area (leading down to the garden and pool) was furnished to a high standard with built in BBQ, lovely Big wooden table and 8 chairs, also on the patio there was a sofa, arm chairs, coffee table and ceiling fans. It was a pleasure to sit out there every night with the pool lit up. We could not have asked for more and we will be definitely returning as soon as poss.

Guest Comments - Arnie - July 2010 We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children (all aged 4 months - 14 months), and we stayed at this stunning villa in June 2010. I cannot recommend this villa enough. The house has everything and anything you could ever possible want ....really spacious inside and outside, amazing decor with so many little touches, a beautiful indoor and outdoor dining area, a great veranda area overlooking the pool where we spent most nights enjoying a glass of wine or a few beers, or playing cards or articulate. A few nights we wandered up to the Crocodile Club which again is a beautiful bar and restaurant and enjoyed some really good food and lovely atmosphere. We also ate lunch a few times in the Clubhouse which was lovely. We played golf so the location was perfect overlooking the golf course. That said many days we went exploring the local villages and markets etc and there is so much to see and do in the area so I would really recommend it for non golfers as well. Thank you so much
