There is also separate private quiet one bedroom cottage. The house has been at times a permanent home and as such is fully equipped. The Villa has good access to the motorway and is approx 1hr drive from Alicante international airport and 1hr 15min drive from Valencia international airport.

The bedrooms have flat screen TV's with access to SKY. All bedrooms in the villa are large with high ceilings. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms. The house has triple insulation and maintains a relatively constant temperature. Bedrooms 1, 3, 4 have air conditioners as does the master bathroom. If you keep all the windows open, day and night the house is very comfortable, even in August. There are mosquitoes nets in all the windows. If you want to use the air-con remember to close the windows!

The Villa: The villa has been used as a permanent home and as such is fully equipped. It’s a great party house, with large areas for people to meet in, both inside the house and outside on the terraces. There are 12 sun loungers around the pool, two extra, so room for a visitor or two. The dining tables, one inside, one outside, each comfortably seat 10 people together. There are quiet areas where one can be alone and just relax enjoying the bird song.
Location: The Villa is set in the 'Campo', in the countryside, yet is only 0.5 km from La Xara, a small friendly Spanish village, 2.5 km from Denia, a bustling fishing town, and 7klm from Javea which is aptly named 'The Jewel in the Crown' of the Costa Blanca. The 5 star Marriott destination spa resort with 18 hole golf course is a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Tennis, horse-riding, bowls and bridge are all nearby and available to visitors. Sailing, scuba diving, kite-surfing, wind surfing, fishing, water skiing are also readily available. There is good walking/hiking. Great restaurants for all price ranges.
The Cottage: The cottage is secluded and quiet, it has a double bedroom, separate living room with flat screen TV and DVD player (no SKY in cottage, but there is Spanish TV), kitchenette and shower room. It has a sunny and a shaded outside seating areas. Ideal for grand parents or noisy teenagers.
