Casa Flintoft is a privately owned villa situated in a private location on the prestigious development known as Monte Pego. The villa is situated in an elevated position and has magnificent unobstructed views of the mountain range, nature reserve , orange groves and Mediterranean coastline. The villa is furnished to a high standard with all modern facilities and a private pool with its roman steps located off the terraced area with BBQ and shower to the rear of the property. The covered area of terracing is ideal area for al-fresco dining or to relax and enjoy the spectacular views and sunsets.

Within the Monte Pego urbanisation are two bars, three restaurants, internet facility, bank,various sports facilities and art gallery. The lively Spanish town of Denia is within 15 minutes drive with its superb clean beaches,shopping and restaurants and bars. Our Managing Agent who is based at the main entrance to Monte Pego will be happy to provide advice as to directions to local attractions,fiestas,shopping centres etc. within the area.

The ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom is fully tiled and fitted with a wc, hand basin and large walk-in shower. The family bathroom which is adjacent to the two twin bedrooms is also fully tiled and fitted with a wc, hand basin, bath with shower over and bidet. Located off the swimming pool area is a further wc which is ideal whilst using the outside facilities. There is also an external shower adjecent to the BBQ area which is great to cool off in or use before entering the pool.

Dining Area The dining area is situated between the kitchen and lounge area and has dining facilities for 6 guests. A child's highchair is also provided .

We have provided for guests use an assortment of books, games and toy box suitable for all ages. These facilities will be added to over the coming months.

The rear patio area is provided with tables, chairs, sunbeds, hammock and parasol. The front garden has parking for 3 cars one of which is under a covered pergolla structure.

All rooms have air conditioning units installed which provide cooling in the summer and heating during those occasional winter nights, the use of which, is included within the rental price..All windows have built in shutters fitted. The property is covered by the SMC Residential Security Service which provides a security service as well as an emergency call out service for all properties subscribing to the scheme. Monte Pego is located in an area recognised by the World Health Organisation as one of the most ideal areas for local climate and quality of life. The area enjoys virtually year round sunshine with our villa located in one of the most scenic regions of Spain. Monte Pego is a high quality urbanisation development of privately owned villas offering easy access to the nearby beaches and the historic town of Denia located on the Mediterranean coastline.The town was originally very popular with the Spanish pirates and has a castle overlooking the gently sloping sandy beaches and sea line. Denia is now a lively town offering a good mix of the traditional and modern way of Spanish life.There are numerous authentic bars,restaurants shops and cafes.Throughout the year there are numerous fiestas, parades and firework displays taking place in Denia and the adjacent towns and villages.

The seafront is home to a busy working harbour where fresh produce can be purchased within minutes of it being landed.The port also operates ferries to the Balaeric Islands of Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera. The yellow sandy beaches are cleaned daily and lead down to the crystal clear blue sea.The area has been awarded more EU Blue Flags for clean/safe bathing than any other area. For those interested in Shopping a new 135 million euro shopping centre is due to open in February 2008 at Ondara which is an approximate 10 minute drive from the villa. Apart from a wide range of Spanish and English shops including C & A ,s there will be a cinema complex, bowling alley and numerous restaurants. The El Vergal Safari Park is located about 5 minutes drive from the villa and makes an enjoyable day out for both young and old. The resort of Benidorm is located about 30 minutes drive away and has a range of pleasure parks, water parks, shows, restaurants, shops, discos and night life.

Golf / Motorsport: There are a number of golf courses within the area designed to test the skills and abilities of all players. La Sella Golf Club-A 18 hole par 72 course located about 20 minutes drive away. Javea Golf Club- A 9 hole par 72 course located about 15 minutes drive away. Oliva Nova Golf Club- A 18 hole par 72 course located about 15 minutes drive away. The area is a popular base to enjoy a holiday whilst also visiting Valencia about one hours drive away to watch the Motorcycling Moto GP and World Superbkes. The city of Valencia has also recently held a Formula 1 car racing meeting which is due to terurn in 2010.

How to get there: Casa Flintoft is located in the urbanisation of Monte Pego which is a leisurely one hour drive via the autoroute from either Alicante or Valencia Airports. Most major airlines offer low cost flights to either airport. These include Jet 2 www.jet2.com BMI Baby www.bmibaby.com. RyanAir www.ryanair.com and Easy Jet www.easyjet.com as well as a number of other airlines. Hire cars can easily be obtained at either airport via the airline companies or by visiting www.holidayautos.co.uk or www.carjet.co.uk. We shall be happy to provide assistance if required with the booking of flights and car hire. When a booking is made we will provide a detailed information pack providing directions to the villa where you will be met by a representative from our Management Company.

A free welcome pack will be provided for all confirmed bookings made by the 30th September 2011.This will include a range of groceries and drinks and will be available upon your arrival at the villa. For the comfort of all our guests the villa is let on the basis of no smoking inside the villa, although smoking is permitted on the external patio areas only. No pets allowed at the property unless by prior arrangement. A 20% deposit is required at the time of the booking with the balance payable in full 8 weeks before departure. A £200 security/breakages deposit is payable which is returned within 7 days from vacating the property,providing no damage or breakages are reported by our Managing Agent. The cleaning of the villa and all linen are included within the price.All towels are included with the exception of beach towels, please bring your own. Discounts available for bookings over two weeks.
