The villa is in a private location with stunning views and has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with Kingsize bed en-suite bath/shower room overlooks the Pego Valley. Bedrooms 2 is a twin bedded room overlooking the garden. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room overlooking the Pego Valley. Lounge/dining area with beautiful views over the mountains and the sea. Patio area alongside the private 8m x 4m pool, as well as a covered porch area! There is also a good selection of sun loungers and an outside barbecue area.

The villa is located below the road and is accessed through electric gates, so ensuring privacy. The villa is located in a peaceful and scenic area.

Location: Breathtaking scenery is provided by the mountains and valleys, whilst nearby there are caves, rivers, lakes and a nature reserve. Superb, long, wide, sandy beaches that reach the ‘Blue Flag’ standard are strung along the coast, with the nearest approximately 5km away. The typically Spanish town of Pego is a 5 minute drive where you can enjoy tapas overlooking the fountain in the square where your children can play safely.

Denia / Monte Pego Area: Monte Pego is a select residential area on a dramatic hillside with fabulous views. It has its own tennis courts, bank, petrol station, internet cafe and several delightful bar/restaurants. A safari park is also close by a great day out for the family. The beaches and coastal towns of Denia and Javea are 15 minutes away. Nearby is La Sella Complex, with it's famous championship golf course. Denia has an attractive castle, the town has a wealth of good quality shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international and Spanish cuisine. There are regular local fiestas when the town bursts into a riot of music, fireworks and spectacular street parades. Denia has a typical seafront, with many bars, restaurants, and a bustling fishing and ferry port, where you can catch a boat to any of the Balearic Islands and enjoy trips around the bays and coastline. Benidorm is within easy reach with it's lovely beaches and night life, the water park is located here as well as the theme park.
