The American style kitchen is fully fitted and built-in appliances include fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven. There is also a microwave oven, kettle,toaster and washing machine. The lounge and dining area is tastefully furnished and includes a flat screen television showing English chanels, and a DVD player with USB port.

The large L shaped terrace wraps round the apartment and is bathed in sunshine all day. It has sunloungers and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Every room has immediate access to the terrace via French doors. The Costa Adeje / El Duque Area: The Bahia del Duque area is the Mayfair of Tenerife with an abundance of 5 star restaurants, designer boutiques and pavement cafes. There are several supermarkets which sell an extensive variety of English foods. The beautiful Playa del Duque beach is probably the finest on the island and its quaint promenade is adorned with numerous high class restaurants and bars. Adjacent to the beach is the circular Plaza del Duque Shopping Complex, a very unique shopping experience. The local hotels are mainly 5 star and many have entertainment in the evening when visitors are welcome. There is a plethora of attractions to keep children of all ages entertained, from the trampolines and activity areas in Fanabe, the Miki Park in el Duque to the famous Siam Water Park in nearby Torviscus.
