Condado De Alhama is situated between Murcia and Mazarron. As a guest at Condado de Alhama access to the other fantastic Polaris World golf courses and facilities is permitted. The main attraction at this resort is the Jack Nicklaus Signature championship golf course called Alhama Best Golf. Golfers will love this resort as will families looking for a peaceful haven. This apartment can be found in the most intimate and smallest of the Jardins(1). As a result the pool never gets overcrowded.
Residents and regular holiday makers are very friendly and welcome new faces into the community. The apartment overlooks the pool in case you need to keep an eye on children. The roof terrace is very large and is suitable for al-fresco dining. There is also a balcony directly outside the main door facing the pool. Condado de Alhama is a gated community so security is very high here. It is situated to Mazarron with its lovely Port and Restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Bolnuevo. It is only a 15 minute journey from the beautiful old fashioned town of Alhama de Murcia. It is also ideally situated for visiting Cartagena which has many historical sites and shopping centres.

It has the added benefit of a huge roof terrace that is sunny all day long and overlooks the grassed and beautifully planted garden and pool area.
The shared pool is right outside the front door and is rarely busy! Each Jardin (garden) has it's own children's play area. There is a dedicated, numbered parking space directly to the rear of the apartment in a well lit parking area.Just a five minute walk away from the apartment is the sports area. Here there are 5-a-side football pitches, tennis, squash and paddle courts all for hire. A fifteen minute walk from the apartment is the new "Al Kasar" town centre that has the "Clover" Irish theme bar and an Italian and Spanish style restaurant plus a well stocked supermarket that is open all day.

How to get there: Murcia San Javier Airport is a 45 min drive and Alicante is 1 hour. The new airport at Corvera which is currently under construction will be a 20 min drive away. From Ireland, Aer Lingus and Ryanair service San Javier and Alicante. Most budget airlines in the rest of Europe fly to these airports. There is a great choice of car rental companies at both airports and this resort is very easy to navigate to. Directions will be provided when booking. I advise that you book your car before you land at the airport to ensure availability and the best rates.

A 50euro deposit is required to secure the booking of the apartment. A refundable breakages deposit of 50euro is required on arrival, to be refunded subject to satisfactory property inspection.
The property key holder resides in the same Jardin and is available in case of any problems. While we don't allow smoking in the apartment, you can smoke on either of the terraces. We would appreciate if you could clear up after yourself should you wish to smoke in these areas. There is a compulsory cleaning charge of 30 euros per stay payable to the property key holder.
