Within 5 minutes' walk are a number of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, including an Aldi supermarket. Within 5 minutes' drive are several other busy centres, such as Villamartin plaza, catering for all tastes in bars, restaurants and entertainments.
Ideally situated for golf or beach with many golf courses and beaches with a very short drive. Also close to the motorway so ideal for exploring the region.

The apartment is located on the urbanisation of Playagolf 1 which is between Campoamor and Villamartin, just a few kilometres south of the bustling town of Torrevieja. The beach at Campoamor and a number of other blue flag beaches are within a few minutes drive and the closest beach at La Zenia is within walking distance. Within a short drive, there are dozens of fantastic beaches to explore.
There are three top golf corses within 5 minutes drive and within 30 minutes, there are many more. This area really is a golfer's paradise.
For shopping, there are 2 large shopping malls within 15 minutes drive. These are Dos Mares near San Javier and Haberneras at Torrevieja. There are street markets in the area every day of the week, giving an authentic Spanish shopping experience and great for bargains and fresh produce also.
Other activities available locally are, bowls, go karting, horse riding, quad biking and many more.
The famous Villamartin Plaza is only 5 minutes drive away.
