This villa has been up-graded to a high standard. Situated on one of the larger plots of the urbanization. There is a covered terrace for when shade is required, a large open terrace by the pool ( Heated in the winter months) and roof terrace providing fantastic views of the sea, Mount Teide and the nearby island of La Gomera. There is ample patio furniture for sunbathing or alfresco dining on the BBQ. Internally the villa is fully equipped with fans in all rooms.

Positioned in a residential area only minutes walk to the centre of the resort which has a selection of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and 3 banks. Callao Salvaje is situated just a 10 minute drive away from the more well known resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The up market shopping areas of the Safari Centre and the Del Duque shopping complex are located in the Las Americas area. Also the fabulous beaches of Fanabe are close by with all watersports available. From Los Cristianos harbour it is possible to take a short ferry ride over to the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The port of Puerto Colon is the ideal place for a boat ride to see the famous whales and dolphins that are found off the coast of Tenerife. A trip to Tenerife would not be complete without a trip to see Mount Teide our Volcano the highest mountain in Spain, where you could take a cable car to the summit. Our newest attraction is the largest water park in the world SIAM PARK based on the ancient kindom of Thailand with incredible rides and a glorious golden beach and stunning wave pool.
