Fantastic 2 bedrooms Apartment with amazing sea and mountain view.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed/ carved headboard, bed-side cabinets, table lamps, full-length fitted wardrobe, balcony with fantastic sea view and view of La Gomera Island. Bedroom 2: Two single beds, bedside cabinet, table lamp, ches of 5 draws and wardrobe. Bathroom: has enclosed shower, toilet, bidet, wash basin and a cabinet (with mirror doors) fitted above. Has towel rail and washing machine as well.

Kitchen/ Dinning: American style fully fitted kitchen, fridge/freezer, hob with extractor fan, full oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, Dishwasher, tea towels etc.large dining table (extending), 6 chairs. Living Room: Spacious Lounge with sea view, large Sofa-bed, two cushioned reclining Arm-chairs, TV, coffee table, corner unit and standard lamp. Large terrace with sea view, drop leaf table and chairs. Bedding.

Location: Our 2 bedroom apartment(sleep 6) is located on the out skirts of the peaceful village of Callao Salvaje, on the South West coast of Tenerife. We have panoramic sea and mountain view and are centrally located for ease of travelling around the Island. Its only 20 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport; 5 to 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, restaurent's, Doctor chemist, main bus stop, pebble and shingle beach and other facilities. The buses are frequent, comfortable and cheap. Getting around is therefore easy and without the stress of finding suitable parking space. With in minutes one can be in the busier areas, like Fanabe and Playa las Americas with Water sports or alternatively the typically Spanish town of Playa San Juan with it's pretty Marina. We chose to buy our apartment in 2007, due to just four(4) hour flight, guaranteed warm weather, beautiful sea and mountain view and sunshine. One could not have wished for a better place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Why The Owner chose this area: This self-catering two bedroom apartment is situated in a beautiful and very peaceful area on the outskirts of the friendly village of Callao Salvaje, yet within 10 minute walk to the supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. The village has everything one need for a relaxing enjoyable holiday in the sun. We have two terraces. When sitting on the balcony we look over the village the sea and the Island of La Gomera. It is so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watching ferries go by and sun go down in the evening. Our village Callao Salvaje is ideally situated to tour the Island with ease. It is approximately 20 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport. Should you wish to venture further afield, more nightlife can be found in Playa Las Americas and Cristianos about 15 to 20 minute drive. The frequent bus service enables those who do not drive to travel to the busier towns and places like Fanabe or the typically Spanish town of Playa San Juan with its pretty Marina/ places of interest.

About the Island/ Sightseeing: We are In the south of the island and the temperature is between 23' and 35ª all year around. In Tenerife there is a lot of different activities to enjoy. The Loro Park ( may be the best animals park in Europe), the shows are unforgettable. The Siam Park (the biggest water park in Europe) and children and adult love going there for a change. The Carmen Motta Show( one of the biggest Flamenco show of Spain). You can also discover the dolphins and whales by boat, do Jet-ski or dive in the Atlantic ocean. Not far from us are located carts and quads areas. The young people can enjoy many English and Spanish pubs and discos in Las Americas and Los Cristianos (about 15 to 20 minute drive) and return home for relaxing and peaceful night sleep. On the island, you 'll see a lot of very different landscapes ( Masca, Los Gigantes, La orotava, Taganana). There is no limit of activities and you are spoiled with choice for activities.The visit of the Teide(vulcano) and its Lava fields are famous.

Golf: Just around the corner from our Apartment is 'Grand Hotel Callao Sports (newly built) with Golf facility, Spa, beauty area, swimming pools (indoor and out), Saunas, tennis and squash. There are two Premier Golf Courses within a five Minute Drive from us. One of those is short drive away is in San Miguel.

The Apartment - Further Details: There is a ramp for wheel chair and lift to all floors. Price quoted are for two people sharing. Please contact owner for additional items and services. Airport pick up by prior arrangement. Baby sitting and other items by prior arrangement with the owner. We are happy to negotiate special rates for booking of apartment for over a month and longer. We are happy to arrange a car and driver for family day out by prior arrangement with the owner, if so desired.. High chair and other equipments can be arranged by prior arrangement with the owner. Good size balcony to relax in the sun with sea view. We get sun shine from 11am until sun set. By opening front door we get most pleasant and refreshing breeze from the mountains and the sea. There is a shared fresh water small and medium pool (not heated or supervised) which gets full sunshine all day. There are sun loungers around pool area, lifebelt and shower. Parents/ guardians are responsible to supervise their children at all time.
