This spacious detached 3 Double Bedroom 3 bathroom Villa with pool in situated in the picturesque village of Triquivijate Fuerteventura. Triquivijate known to the British as Tricky because it is difficult to pronounce and spell is 11km from Caleta off the road to Antigua. It has grown from what used to be a farming village into a more diverse community; you can see evidence of its farming origins from the cactus plantation near the roundabout.

Tricky is a widespread village which is popular with a lot of expats from different countries with a mixture of luxury properties some traditional and some smaller properties. There are several Bars & Restaurants along the main road through the village along with the traditional shops. Tricky it is a 10-15 minute drive to the beach or golf course at Caleta de Fuste or the Airport.

The Caleta de Fueste Area: The Villa is located within the peaceful village of Triquivijate. Triquivijate is centrally located in the island which makes it a perfect base for exploring. There is an Equestrian centre, a Bird Sanctuary a well stocked grocery shop, 3 bars and 3 family friendly restaurants. The resort of Caleta de Fuste is only a 10 minute drive, offering 2 excellent 18 hole Golf Courses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions.

How to get there: Fly to Fuerteventura - Triquivijate is only 15 km from the airport. Cheap flights are available from Easyjet.co.uk from Stanstead, Liverpool, Bristol or Gatwick. Easy to use car hire is available from AutoReisen rent a car based in arrivals in Fuerteventura Airport. There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 25 euros.

The Villa - Further Details: Built in 2009 to a high standard the villa has Air Conditioning to the lounge and Master Bedroom. On the Ground floor is a large lounge/diner with fireplace and patio doors leading to the pool and garden, a separate modern Italian Kitchen with appliances and two good sized double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two fully tiled luxury bathrooms one with a large Jacuzzi shower and the other with a full sized bath. Also on the ground floor is the utility room with appliances, the hall has a marble staircase and a stunning full length glass block window. The Master Bedroom is on the first floor and has fitted wardrobes and a fully tiled luxury en-suite with Jacuzzi bath; patio doors lead out onto the upstairs terrace with lovely views of the mountains and countryside.
