Villa Lindamar is in a private quiet cul-de-sac in Calahonda only a few minutes walk from a supermarket, restaurants and shops and about 700 meters to the beach. Set in well kept extensive gardens which surround the 3 storey villa, the 50 meter long driveway from the double entrance gates is quite capable of taking 4 cars in tandem. The full size swimming pool is only 12 meters from the shaded terrace and is attended, along with the gardens, every week. The gardens have an automatic sprinkler system.

Locally, the busy commercial centre of El Zoco is crammed with quality bars and international restaurants. Supermarket, internet cafe, hardware, gift & telephone shops all surround an open-air plaza where you will be spoilt for choice in deciding where to dine out. A little further towards Fuengirola is the fishing village of La Cala de Mijas where an open-air Spanish market is held every Wednesday and Friday from 9am til 3pm. Go a little way past the market (held on the local fair/Feria ground) and behind La Cala is Finca Alegria - stables & horse riding catered, with a lovely atmospheric bar//restaurant.
