The swimming pool has a lifeguard in attendance in the summer months. Large entrance hall and lounge leading out to balcony one which has 2 sunbeds and a dining table. Dining table also in lounge and kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, George Forman grill and all mod cons. New flat screen TV with all the English channels and a camera on the gate if you are expecting visitors.

Calahonda: Calahonda is a small town with plenty of bars and restaurants on the strip. If you don't fancy driving there is a train which goes up and down the hill and the taxis are cheap. There is a pretty bus ride to Old Town Marbella and Puerta Banus and the picturesque village of Mihas is nearby. Beneath the apartment is a lovely bar and restaurant which serves excellent food. There is also a small supermarket downstairs. The complex is maintained to a very high standard. We have an English management company locally who can resolve queries.
