Spacious Garden Apartment in Calahonda - Walking Distance to the Beach

This spacious apartment is conveniently situated for shops, restaurants, bus stops and within walking distance of the beach. For parties of more than 4 there are two "put u up beds", a travel cot is also available if required. Marble floors are fitted throughout the apartment. Located in a small quite community, there is a large air conditioned lounge with two large sofas, TV, video, hi-fi and a dining area seating up to 6 people. The lounge has two patio doors. One door leads directly to the gardens and pool, and the second to a fully enclosed sun terrace complete with BBQ, table, chairs and sun beds.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board are provided for your use. Crockery and cooking utensils are also supplied. The main bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights. This bedroom has a newly fitted en-suite bathroom which is complete with double hand basins, bidet, toilet, bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fan for warm nights. Immediately outside this bedroom is the second bathroom, which is newly fitted with hand basin, bidet, toilet, bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail. A safety deposit box for your use is fitted in the apartment.

All bedding, towels and t-towels are provided. All you will need to provide is your own beach towels. The apartment is fully managed and cleaning provided before and after occupation. If booking two weeks or more there will be a linen change mid stay. An additional cost of £20 per person per week is charged to cover the provision and laundering of bedding and towels for 5th and/or 6th person. An additional cleaning service can be provided at an extra cost.

Location: Calahonda is located midway between Marbella and Fuengirola on the Mijas Costa. 20/25 minute drive from Malaga airport and is ideally located for touring the south coast of Spain.
