New 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment overlooking Miraflores Golf, with Sea Views

Riviera Park is a brand new apartment complex with secure basement parking, lifts to all floors, 2 swimming pools and a tennis court, overlooking Miraflores golf course and the sea. The apartment itself is on the second floor with an open south facing balcony overlooking one of the pools and the tennis court with a direct view through the complex, over the golf course to the sea.

There is a double master bedroom, a second twin bedded room and a double sofa bed accommodate a maximum of 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms - one being en-suite to the master bedroom, which also has patio doors out onto the large balcony. Both bedrooms have built in double wardrobes so there is plenty of shelving and hanging space for however long you are staying. Everything you need is provided from cutlery and crockery to Digital Freeview TV and a DVD player; bedding and towels for use in the bathroom are provided but you will need your own beach towels.

Location: Riviera Park is very easily accessible from Malaga airport - either via the N340 coast highway, exit at Riviera (just past the Miraflores exit) or via the AP7 Autoroute (toll road), exit at Calahonda. It takes approx 20 mins on the A7 and 25 to 30 mins on the N340, costs approx E40 in a taxi, or car hire is available for airport pick up and drop off at around E20/day. The apartment complex is right in the centre of all of the Costa Del Sol's famous beaches and tourist strips ensuring that you never get bored - you could hit a different resort each night of the week if you wanted to, and all within 20 minutes.

Where to go; There is a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, beach etc within a 10 minute walk from the apartment in the centre of Riviera. There are also some restaurants and bars and will soon be a new supermarket a lot closer as the developments are completed and necessitate the facilities. Please have a look at www.rivieradelsol.co.uk which is a website dedicated purely to the very local area, for lots of ideas on where to eat, drink and shop. If you have a car or fancy public transport (which is excellent in Spain), and want to explore a bit further afield, you will find below some suggestions of tasty eateries up and down the coast - all within a 20 minute drive. Taxis are available from the centre of Riviera, opposite David's Bar, and are economical ways of getting about. They have fixed rates for each journey so if you are not sure about the price charged, ask to see the rate card.

The coastal bus service is very efficient, running regular buses up and down the N340 that will take you West to Puerto Banus, Marbella, and East to La Cala, Benalmadena, Fuengirola etc. The bus stops are on both carriageways of the main coast road - the N340, and are quite easy to spot. The 'urbanisations' - or suburbs, are named by their exits off the N340, so for example, if you want to go to Nikki Beach Club in Elviria by bus, you need to find a bus that stops by the Elviria exit off the N340.

The Beach: The beach runs right across the coast and the nearest beach is at the bottom of the hill - there is a restaurant / bar that serves that part of the beach, but if you want to try some other areas here are some suggestions - NIKKI BEACH CLUB at Elviria - next to the Don Carlos Hotel - luxurious beds on the beach with bar, restaurant, waiter service, massage - THE BEACH HOUSE - this is a stretch of public beach at Elviria, surrounding the Beach House Restaurant. The beds are cheap, and there is an ice cream / drinks shack and a massage lady most days. - THE CHICKEN SHACK - cafe bar near La Cala with music and beds on the beach.

Golf: The closest golf course to the apartment is MiraFlores, which is a pay and play and is a 5 minute walk away. There is a driving range and club house with restaurant on the course.
